生态复合墙结构技术经济分析研究

【摘要】:生态复合墙结构体系是适应我国建筑节能、墙体改革及住宅产业化发展的产物,是一种抗震性能好、建造快速、经济实用、节能效果佳及生态环保的住宅结构新体系,具有广泛的推广应用前景。目前针对生态复合墙结构的基础研究已逐渐完善,对于生态复合墙结构的技术经济分析研究仍停留在单纯的经济分析,综合性能评价研究方面较为薄弱,有待于进一步研究。本文在课题组前期研究的基础上,针对生态复合墙结构的住宅工程,采用基于模糊综合评判和AHP法的综合评价模型对生态复合墙结构进行技术经济综合评价研究,具体研究内容如下: (1)生态复合墙结构的工程造价及节能投资效益分析 在目前住宅结构特性分析的基础上,对生态复合墙结构与传统住宅结构的工程造价进行对比,并重点分析其结构节能成本,探讨了生态复合墙结构的工程造价与节能效益,为建立生态复合墙结构的技术经济综合评价指标体系奠定基础。 (2)建立适合生态复合墙结构的技术经济综合评价指标体系 根据生态复合墙结构特点,从技术性、经济性、社会性及生态性对影响生态复合墙结构的技术经济指标因素进行分析。依据指标体系的设置原则,利用德尔菲法对影响因素进行筛选确定,建立适合生态复合墙结构的技术经济综合评价指标体系。 (3)建立基于模糊综合评判和AHP法的生态复合墙结构综合评价模型 基于AHP-Fuzzy综合评价方法,建立生态复合墙结构技术经济综合评价模型。采用层次分析法确定其结构综合评价指标体系的权重,并进行一致性检验;然后运用多级模糊综合评判对结构技术经济进行综合评价。通过在建示范工程对生态复合墙结构技术经济综合评价模型进行验算,评价采用不同住宅结构形式的同一建筑的综合性能。分析表明:生态复合墙结构体系具有良好的优越性和广泛的推广应用前景,,为项目的决策投资与相关规范的制定提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:The ecological composite wall structure system is the product of building energy saving, wall reform and housing industrialization development in our country. It is a new structure system with good aseismic performance, fast construction, economic and practical, good energy saving effect and ecological environmental protection. At present, the basic research on ecological composite wall structure has been gradually perfected, and the technical and economic analysis of ecological composite wall structure is still in simple economic analysis. The research on comprehensive performance evaluation is relatively weak, which needs further study. Based on the previous research of the research group, this paper aims at the residential engineering of ecological composite wall structure. The comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP method is used to study the techno-economic comprehensive evaluation of ecological composite wall structure. The specific contents of the study are as follows:. Analysis of the engineering cost and energy saving investment benefit of ecological composite wall structure. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the residential structure at present, this paper compares the engineering cost of the ecological composite wall structure with that of the traditional residential structure, and emphatically analyzes the energy saving cost of the structure, and probes into the engineering cost and energy saving benefit of the ecological composite wall structure. It lays a foundation for the establishment of the technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system of the ecological composite wall structure. (2) to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of technology and economy suitable for ecological composite wall structure. According to the characteristics of ecological composite wall structure, the technical and economic index factors affecting ecological composite wall structure are analyzed from technical, economic, social and ecological aspects. The influence factors were screened by Delphi method, and the technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for ecological composite wall structure was established. The comprehensive evaluation model of ecological composite wall structure based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP method is established. Based on the comprehensive evaluation method of AHP-Fuzzy, the techno-economic comprehensive evaluation model of ecological composite wall structure is established. The weight of the index system of comprehensive evaluation of ecological composite wall structure is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the consistency test is carried out. Then the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the structure technology and economy. Through the demonstration project under construction, the comprehensive evaluation model of ecological composite wall structure is checked and calculated. The comprehensive performance of the same building with different residential structure forms is evaluated. The analysis shows that the ecological composite wall structure system has good advantages and wide application prospects. It provides a reference for project decision-making investment and the formulation of relevant norms.
