城市触媒视角下台南安平历史街区的活化策略研究

【摘要】:城市历史街区作为城市历史文化与地域性特征的体现,也是城市空间的重要组成部分。但自从中国改革开发以来,城市经济飞跃式的发展,旧城更新改造也大规模地开展。而在已经实践的许多更新改造中,大规模的“脱胎换骨”式的“推倒重建”,使得许多城市历史文化逐渐消失。因此,如何“在城市上建造城市”成为一个重要的课题。在20世纪80年代,美国建筑师韦恩·奥图(WayneAttoe)、唐·洛干(Donn Logan)总结提出了“城市触媒”的城市设计策略。具体说就是策略性地引进的新元素,可以复苏城市中现有的元素且不需彻底地改变它们,而且触媒激起这样的新生命时,它也影响了相继引进的城市元素的形式、特色与品质。 在我国市场经济体制越趋成熟和完善,城市化进程日益加快,城市历史街区的更新和建设的投资主体和利益主体越来越多元化,在发展中引入“城市触媒”的理念来描述相对独立的城市开发活动对城市的影响,鼓励专业人员与决策者去考虑个别开发在整个城市发展中的连锁反应潜力。这能缓解活化历史街区的空间与效率的矛盾,提升在城市再开发中的可行性、可操作性与实效性。 本文首先对保护与活化历史街区的现状进行简要论述,,在此基础上确定了基于“城市触媒理论”的城市历史街区保护与活化策略作为论文的主要内容。随后对论文的研究目的、研究现状、研究方法做出说明并提出论文框架。接着,对保护与活化历史街区过程中,城市触媒理论的应用策略、实践模式给予总结。在上述研究的基础上,根据笔者在台湾交流学习半年收集的台湾历史街区活化的案例和国内的案例研究,从触媒元素的塑造、触媒反应的发生发展过程、触媒反应的后续引导三个层面对触媒式保护模式在实践中的应用做出整体的分析。在第四章是通过对台南安平历史聚落的触媒式的更新保护做分析,尝试把触媒反应应用于城市历史街区保护中。
[Abstract]:As the embodiment of urban history and culture and regional characteristics, urban historical block is also an important part of urban space. However, since the reform and development of China, the urban economy has developed by leaps and bounds. The renewal and reconstruction of the old city has also been carried out on a large scale. In many of the renewal and transformation that have already been carried out, the large-scale "toppling and rebuilding" style has made many cities gradually disappear from history and culture. How to "build a city in a city" has become an important topic. In 1980s, American architects Wayne Otto Wayne Attoeo, Don Logan, summarize the urban design strategy for "urban catalysts." specifically, the strategic introduction of new elements that can revive existing elements in cities without having to radically change them. And when the catalyst stimulates such a new life, it also affects the form, characteristics, and quality of successive urban elements. In China, the market economic system is becoming more mature and perfect, the process of urbanization is speeding up day by day, the renewal and construction of urban historical blocks are becoming more and more diversified. The concept of "urban catalyst" is introduced into development to describe the impact of relatively independent urban development activities on cities, Professionals and decision makers are encouraged to consider the chain reaction potential of individual development in the development of the whole city, which can alleviate the contradiction between space and efficiency in activating historical blocks, and enhance the feasibility, maneuverability and effectiveness of urban redevelopment. Firstly, this paper briefly discusses the current situation of protecting and activating historical blocks. On this basis, the protection and activation strategy of urban historic blocks based on "urban catalyst theory" is determined as the main content of the paper. In the process of protecting and activating historic blocks, the application strategy and practice mode of urban catalyst theory are summarized. According to the case studies on the activation of historical blocks in Taiwan collected by the author in Taiwan for half a year, and the domestic case studies, from the shaping of catalyst elements and the occurrence and development process of catalyst reaction, The following guidance of catalyst reaction makes an overall analysis on the application of catalyst protection mode in practice. Chapter 4th is an analysis of the renewal and protection of the catalyst type of historical settlement in Anping, Tainan. This paper attempts to apply the catalytic reaction to the protection of urban historic blocks.
