广州大型商业综合体与地铁的连接空间的设计研究

【摘要】:我国城市化进程越演越烈,国民经济的发展也越趋迅猛,商业也有了长足的发展。近几年来,大型商业综合体建筑的设计和实践日益增多。同时,城市交通问题的变化过程和社会需求越来越严重,地铁交通作为一种大容量快速公共交通在城市发展中,起着不可忽视的作用。商业建筑的公共空间是一多层次复合的动态开放系统,具有多样化与复合化的特点。近年来也出现了一些积极介入城市交通系统的商业综合体,两者之间具有模糊的界限,一种大型商业建筑与地铁连接的新空间类型应运而生。 大型商业综合体建筑与地铁的连接空间的研究,就是在大城市的交通与空间利用的发展矛盾严重化的背景下,在城市空间的集约化发展,复杂的功能布局和一系列的要求而应运而生的。大型商业综合体建筑与地铁的连接空间是城市交通人流与商业建筑人流的聚集疏散点,同样是商业大厦的建设和改造的重要部分。然而,连接空间的设计研究和理论在我国属于起步阶段,虽然借鉴了许多国内外的设计和建设经验,但仍然没有非常成熟的理论指导和设计导则,加上政策法规的缺失和管理部门的不重视,因此此空间的设计和开发还存在各种问题。 针对这一状况,本课题意欲对建筑学及相关理论研究分析,结合国内外相关案例,论述了当前地铁交通与大型商业综合体建筑连接空间的历史发展和现状,对存在的问题及原因作出了分析研究;在文章的主体部分,对广州的大型商业综合体与地铁的连接空间进行实地考察和实例分析,,研究该公共空间的历史和发展,分析连接空间的各种模式的优点和不足,从而总结出连接空间的设计原则,建立轨道交通与大型商业综合体的连接空间的创作策略和实践体系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the design and practice of large-scale commercial complex buildings have been increasing with the rapid development of the national economy and the rapid development of the national economy. The changing process of urban traffic problem and social demand are becoming more and more serious. As a kind of mass rapid public transportation, subway traffic is developing in the city. The public space of commercial buildings is a multi-level complex dynamic open system with the characteristics of diversification and compounding. In recent years, there have been some commercial complexes actively involved in the urban transportation system. There is a fuzzy boundary between the two, and a new space type of large-scale commercial building and subway connection arises at the historic moment. The study of the connecting space between large-scale commercial complex building and subway is the intensive development of urban space under the background of serious contradiction between traffic and space utilization in large cities. The complex functional layout and a series of requirements have emerged as the times require. The connecting space between the large commercial complex building and the subway is the aggregation and evacuation point of the urban traffic passenger flow and the commercial building passenger flow. It is also an important part of the construction and renovation of commercial buildings. However, the design research and theory of the connecting space are in the initial stage in our country, although many experiences of design and construction at home and abroad have been used for reference. However, there are still not very mature theoretical guidance and design guidelines, coupled with the lack of policies and regulations and management departments do not attach importance to, so there are still a variety of problems in the design and development of this space. In view of this situation, this subject intends to study and analyze architecture and related theories, combined with relevant cases at home and abroad, discusses the historical development and present situation of the connecting space between subway traffic and large commercial complex buildings. In the main part of the article, the paper makes a field investigation and analysis of the connecting space between Guangzhou's large commercial complex and subway, and studies the history and development of the public space. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various modes of connecting space, summarizes the design principles of connecting space, and establishes the creative strategy and practical system of connecting space between rail transit and large commercial complex.
