时代帝景基坑止水帷幕支护结构方案研究

【摘要】:市政地下工程和工业民用建筑中的深基坑支护技术与上部结构一样,近年来,无论在工程实践还是理论研究方面都有很大进展。深基坑支护结构的选择主要取决于安全和经济这两个因素。由于深基坑工程对土体位移和土层沉降以及对周围己有构筑物和地下管线的影响较大,对深基坑支护结构提出了更高的要求。另外随着高层建筑的兴起,以及复杂的地质和水文地质条件,使工程人员对支护结构形式的选择越来越复杂。止水帷幕技术的出现和发展解决了这一大难题。可以说,深基坑的支护形式和其设计、施工新技术是衡量一个国家建筑行业水准的一个重要标志。本文依托时代帝景地下25米深基坑项目,由于其复杂的地质条件和水文条件,造成支护结构形式选择的困难,本文结合模糊综合评价理论,创建深基坑支护结构形式选择的模糊层次评价体系,得出时代帝景深基坑工程的最佳支护方案为支护桩+锚杆+止水帷幕,同时利用有限元分析理论,使用MIDAS/GTS有限元分析软件,针对时代帝景深基坑项目,重点分析了土体参数、灌注桩几何性状、锚杆参数的变化对支护结构的影响,得出与支护结构形式相关的各因素对其影响程度的大小,和最佳设计指标。
[Abstract]:The deep foundation pit support technology in municipal underground works and industrial civil buildings is the same as the superstructure. In recent years, Great progress has been made in both engineering practice and theoretical research. The choice of deep foundation pit supporting structure mainly depends on two factors: safety and economy. Because of the displacement of soil and the settlement of soil layer and the surrounding area of deep foundation pit engineering, the selection of supporting structure of deep foundation pit depends mainly on two factors: safety and economy. The influence of existing structures and underground pipelines is great. In addition, with the rise of high-rise buildings and complicated geological and hydrogeological conditions, It makes the choice of support structure more and more complicated for engineers. The emergence and development of waterproof curtain technology solve this big problem. It can be said that the support form of deep foundation pit and its design, The new construction technology is an important symbol to measure the level of construction industry in a country. In this paper, it is difficult to select the support structure form because of its complicated geological and hydrological conditions, depending on the 25 meters deep foundation pit project of the times. Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper establishes a fuzzy hierarchy evaluation system for the selection of the supporting structure of deep foundation pit, and concludes that the best supporting scheme of the deep foundation pit engineering in the era is the waterproof curtain of supporting pile and anchor rod. At the same time, based on the theory of finite element analysis and MIDAS/GTS finite element analysis software, the influence of soil parameters, geometric properties of cast-in-place pile and anchor parameters on the supporting structure is analyzed. The degree of influence of various factors related to the form of supporting structure and the optimum design index are obtained.
