隧道施工影响砌体结构安全性评估与防护措施研究

【摘要】:地铁隧道开挖不可避免地会扰动地表土层,进而引起邻近结构的倾斜与变形。由于结构的既有性能随着使用已经存在内部损伤,因地表不均匀沉降产生的内力与变形等响应还会被放大。因此,研究由于隧道开挖造成的地表沉降对邻近既有结构的影响以及其他相关因素的控制问题,成为目前青岛地铁建设迫切需要研究的问题。 本文选取地铁隧道施工过程中存在问题较多的既有砌体结构为对象,,通过统计分析地表沉降监测与结构既有性能检测数据的规律,希望在地铁隧道开挖引起的地表沉降基础上,结合砌体结构既有的性能参数,寻找在多因素作用下的既有砌体结构对地表沉降的响应规律,同时从地基加固和上部结构加固两个方面提出保护措施。主要内容如下: ⑴首先介绍了万年泉路车站的工程概况、隧道总体施工情况以及开挖过程中初支开裂和处理措施情况,然后结合沉降监测数据分析了建筑物和地表沉降规律和趋势; ⑵为下一步建筑物地基基础、上部结构的加固以及地铁隧道的进一步施工方案的调整提供理论依据和现场指导,在本研究进行过程中,对建筑物进行了两次安全性调查和评估,第一次为1#导洞出现裂缝、建筑物沉降发展较大时,第二次为5#导洞开挖导致建筑物沉降发展较大时; ⑶针对隧道开挖导致的建筑物变形开裂损伤超过规范的限值,即其承载能力不能在满足正常使用要求时,对其进行安全性评估的基础上,针对地基基础、上部结构和隧道进一步施工方案采取相应的措施,即针对砌体结构地基和本身加固以及隧道二衬施工方案展开分析研究,寻求合理的建筑物和隧道安全防护措施。
[Abstract]:The excavation of subway tunnel will inevitably disturb the surface soil layer, and then cause the slope and deformation of adjacent structures. As the existing performance of the structure has already existed internal damage with the use of the structure. The responses such as internal force and deformation caused by uneven settlement of the ground surface will also be amplified. Therefore, the influence of surface settlement caused by tunnel excavation on the adjacent existing structures and the control of other related factors are studied. At present, Qingdao subway construction needs to be studied urgently. In this paper, the existing masonry structure which has many problems in the construction of subway tunnel is selected as the object, and the law of monitoring the ground subsidence and detecting the existing performance of the structure is analyzed by statistical analysis. It is hoped that on the basis of ground subsidence caused by subway tunnel excavation and combined with the existing performance parameters of masonry structure, the response law of existing masonry structure to surface settlement can be found under the action of many factors. At the same time, the protection measures are put forward from two aspects of foundation strengthening and superstructure strengthening. The main contents are as follows:. The main contents are as follows: (1) the general situation of the Wannian Spring Road Station, the general construction situation of the tunnel and the initial crack and treatment measures during the excavation process are introduced, and then the law and trend of the building and surface subsidence are analyzed in combination with the settlement monitoring data. (2) to provide theoretical basis and on-site guidance for the next step of building foundation, superstructure reinforcement and the adjustment of further construction scheme of subway tunnel. In the course of this study, the safety investigation and evaluation of the building are carried out twice. For the first time, cracks appear in the guide hole. When the settlement of the building is larger, the second one is when the excavation of the guide hole leads to the larger settlement of the building. (3) in view of the damage of deformation and cracking of buildings caused by tunnel excavation exceeding the limit value of the code, that is, its bearing capacity can not meet the requirements of normal use, on the basis of safety evaluation, aiming at the foundation foundation, The corresponding measures should be taken for further construction of superstructure and tunnel, that is, to analyze and study the foundation of masonry structure and its own reinforcement and the construction scheme of tunnel's second lining, and to seek reasonable safety protection measures for buildings and tunnels.
