湿热气候区高层公寓建筑自然通风组织设计研究

【摘要】:自然通风是节能建筑中广泛采用的一项技术手段。它具有节能、能改善室内热舒适性和提高室内空气品质的优点。湿热地区的春夏两季气温比较高,极大的影响人体舒适性,但仅选择增加空调通过耗能来换取凉爽以满足人体舒适性要求对节能和环保均不利。因此,建筑中的自然通风设计成为建筑制凉、节能与环境共生的最佳选择。 本文选取高层公寓建筑这一需求量大,在全国各地大量兴建的建筑为研究对象,研究这类建筑的空间布局与自然通风的关系。这类建筑的空间布局特点鲜明,其自然通风路径相对简单。正文共分为八个部分,第一部分简述了研究自然通风的背景、目的意义,自然通风的原理及类型。第二部分分析了高层公寓建筑的空间布局要素及特点,并引入通风路径的概念。第三部分至第六部分分别从高层公寓建筑体型、高层公寓建筑平面布局、高层公寓建筑界面条件、高层公寓用户单元室内空间布局四方面分析与自然通风的相互影响,归纳出高层公寓建筑加强自然通风的策略。第七部分选取了中外湿热地区十一个典型高层公寓建筑实例,列表分析了这些工程实例应用自然通风的策略,探索高层公寓建筑的自然通风策略、不足之处及发展方向,,希望今后多学习、借鉴国外经验,积极主动的将加强自然通风的各种策略应用到实际工程中。第八部分举例说明自然通风策略在一个广州地区的工程实例上的应用,并进一步采用计算机软件分析的方法、现场实测的方法验证这些策略应用的实际效果。 最后得出结论:建筑物的三维空间布置、平面布局、外立面设计、室内平面设计等,都对自然通风的可应用性和效果有重要的影响,应充分考虑这些影响进行建筑设计。在高层公寓建筑中往往是综合运用各种策略。这些策略对于其它建筑的自然通风有推广意义。
[Abstract]:Natural ventilation is a widely used technique in energy-saving buildings. It has the advantages of saving energy, improving indoor thermal comfort and improving indoor air quality. However, it is unfavorable for energy saving and environmental protection to choose only to increase the energy consumption of air conditioning in order to meet the requirements of human comfort. Therefore, the natural ventilation design in building becomes the best choice for building cooling, energy saving and environment symbiosis. In this paper, we choose the high-rise apartment building, which is in great demand, as the research object, and study the relationship between the space layout of this kind of building and the natural ventilation. The space layout of this kind of building is distinctive. Its natural ventilation path is relatively simple. The text is divided into eight parts. The first part briefly describes the background of the study of natural ventilation, the significance of the purpose, The principle and types of natural ventilation. The second part analyzes the spatial layout elements and characteristics of high-rise apartment buildings, and introduces the concept of ventilation path. The interaction between the plane layout of the high-rise apartment building, the interface condition of the high-rise apartment building, the indoor space layout of the user unit of the high-rise apartment and the natural ventilation is analyzed. The strategies of strengthening natural ventilation in high-rise apartment buildings are summarized. In 7th, 11 typical high-rise apartment buildings in humid and hot areas are selected, and the strategies of applying natural ventilation to these engineering examples are analyzed. Explore the natural ventilation strategy, deficiency and development direction of high-rise apartment building, hope to learn more from now on, learn from foreign experience, Active application of various strategies to strengthen natural ventilation in practical projects. Part 8th illustrates the application of natural ventilation strategies in an engineering case in Guangzhou, and further uses the method of computer software analysis. The practical effect of these strategies is verified by the field measurement method. Finally, it is concluded that the three-dimensional space layout, plane layout, exterior facade design, interior plane design and so on all have important influence on the application and effect of natural ventilation. These influences should be fully considered for architectural design. In high-rise apartment buildings, various strategies are often used. These strategies are of great significance to the natural ventilation of other buildings.
