机动车等效均布荷载取值问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于国家经济迅速发展,人民生活水平日益提高,我国汽车保有量与日俱增,各种办公楼、商场及住宅小区都设有车库。在车库的设计过程中,除结构选型外,荷载的取值至关重要。 现有《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2012中仅给出机动车荷载作用下楼板的等效均布荷载值,对于设计中可能遇到的板块跨度小于3m×3m的双向板情况并没有给出取值方法。此外,《建筑结构荷载规范》中并未对楼面梁机动车等效均布活荷载作出明确规定,在计算楼盖结构时,不同的次梁布置形式也会对计算结果产生一定影响。由于汽车类型的多样化,也导致楼板所承受车重相应变化,这也会影响机动车作用下车库梁板的等效均布荷载取值。 本文针对以上问题,从目前的实际情况出发,对当下常用小型机动车相关参数进行了归纳整理。考虑到一定的安全储备及未来车型发展趋势,结合《汽车库建筑设计规范》JGJ100-98确定了标准车各项基本指标及标准柱网停车示意图。将车轮视为作用在楼板上的集中荷载,通过研究机动车停放位置对楼板及楼面梁内力的影响,寻找对楼板及楼面梁的最不利荷载布置。由最不利荷载布置下的最大弯矩、最大剪力值,计算求得机动车作用下楼板及楼面梁的等效均布荷载值。 本文较为全面地分析了常用跨度楼板及楼面梁的等效均布荷载取值,着重分析《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2012中未直接给出的板跨小于3m×3m的双向板及6m×6m、8.4m×8.4m和10.8m×10.8m三种柱网下楼面梁的等效均布荷载。采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行分析,得到大量有意义的结果,可以用来校验现行《建筑结构荷载规范》中给出的荷载值对于新车型的适用性,并确定机动车作用下楼板及楼面梁等构件的等效均布荷载取值建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the number of cars in our country is increasing with each passing day. There are garages in various office buildings, shopping malls and residential areas. In the design of the garage, in addition to structural selection, The value of load is very important. The equivalent uniform load values of floor slabs under motor vehicle loads are only given in the existing Building structure load Code (GB50009-2012). For the bidirectional slab with plate span less than 3m 脳 3m which may be encountered in the design, there is no method to determine the value. In addition, the equivalent uniform live load of motor vehicle on the floor beam is not clearly stipulated in the Building structure load Code. In the calculation of floor structure, different secondary beam layout will also have a certain impact on the calculation results. Because of the diversification of vehicle types, it also leads to the corresponding changes in the vehicle weight borne by the floor slab. This will also affect the equivalent uniform load of the garage beam and slab under the action of motor vehicle. In view of the above problems, this paper, proceeding from the actual situation at present, sums up and arranges the relevant parameters of small motor vehicles commonly used at present. Considering certain safety reserves and the development trend of future vehicle models, Combined with JGJ100-98, the basic indexes of the standard vehicle and the parking diagram of the standard cylinder are determined. The wheel is regarded as the concentrated load acting on the floor, and the influence of the parking position of the vehicle on the internal force of the floor slab and the beam is studied by studying the effect of the parking position of the vehicle on the internal force of the floor slab and the beam of the floor. From the maximum bending moment and the maximum shear force value under the most unfavorable load arrangement, the equivalent uniform load values of floor slab and floor beam under the action of motor vehicle are calculated. In this paper, the equivalent uniformly distributed loads of the commonly used span slabs and floor beams are analyzed comprehensively. This paper focuses on the analysis of the equivalent uniform loads of the bi-directional slabs with slab span less than 3m 脳 3m and the beams under the column net of 6m 脳 6mb 8.4m 脳 8.4m and 10.8m 脳 10.8m, which are not directly given in GB50009-2012. The results obtained by using ABAQUS finite element software are significant. It can be used to check the applicability of the load values given in the current load Code for Building structures to the new vehicle model, and to determine the equivalent uniform load values of the members such as floor slabs and floor beams under the action of motor vehicles.
