原生磁质岩板挤压作用下应力变化与磁感应强度关系实验研究

【摘要】:本文研究原生磁质岩板挤压破坏全过程中,其内部结构变化与磁感应强度之间的关系。试验选择采于辽宁省辽阳市弓长岭矿的磁铁矿围岩,由于其本身带有磁场,强度符合试验量程需求。对原生磁质岩板进行磁感应强度的测试,得到岩板周围磁场的分布情况,并通过加载系统和三通道数据采集系统对原生磁质岩板试件进行轴向加载过程和检测记录,获得应力、应变、磁场强度和横向位移四个物理量的对应关系,把力作用下岩石孔隙和微裂纹等微观变化转化成可以测量的磁感应强度变化,最终将岩石力学性质和磁场基本物理量建立一定的联系,初步形成一种岩板挤压破坏过程微观变化的磁场测试方法。对九组岩板试件进行挤压破坏试验,经过数据的处理和分析,获得岩板试件挤压破坏过程中的应力-应变全过程曲线、应力-磁感应强度变化关系曲线和应力-磁感应强度-应变三变量曲线,总结出原生磁质岩板试件挤压破坏过程磁感应强度变化规律。试验结果表明:应力上升段,随应力的增加,磁感应强度减小,呈现反对称形式;应力峰值瞬间,磁感应强度跳跃性减小;应力下降段,磁感应强度随着岩板试件的失稳破坏而急剧减少。根据岩板破坏模式将数据分为三类:劈裂破坏模式和端部破坏模式,破坏前磁感应强度没有前兆现象;充分破坏模式,破坏前磁感应强度有跳跃性减小之后趋于不变的异常现象。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship between the change of internal structure and magnetic induction intensity of primary magnetite slabs during the whole process of extrusion failure is studied. The surrounding rock of magnetite collected in Gongchangling Mine, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is selected because of its magnetic field. The strength meets the requirements of the test range. The magnetic induction intensity of the primary magnetogenic rock plate is measured, and the distribution of magnetic field around the rock plate is obtained. Through the loading system and the three-channel data acquisition system, the axial loading process and the testing record of the primary magnetite plate specimen are carried out, and the corresponding relations of the four physical quantities, stress, strain, magnetic field intensity and transverse displacement, are obtained. The microcosmic changes such as pores and microcracks in rock under the action of force are transformed into measurable changes in magnetic induction intensity, and finally, the mechanical properties of rock and the basic physical quantity of magnetic field are connected to a certain extent. A magnetic field test method for the microcosmic change in the process of rock slab extrusion failure was formed. Nine groups of rock slab specimens were subjected to extrusion failure test, and the data were processed and analyzed. The stress-strain curves, the stress-magnetic induction intensity curves and the stress-magnetic induction-strain curves are obtained. The variation law of magnetic induction intensity during extrusion failure of primary magnetic rock plate is summarized. The experimental results show that the intensity of magnetic induction decreases with the increase of stress and presents an antisymmetric form. The magnetic induction strength is reduced by leaps and bounds, and the magnetic induction intensity decreases sharply with the instability and failure of rock slab specimens in the stress decreasing section. According to the failure mode of rock slab, the data are divided into three types: split failure mode and end failure mode. There is no precursory phenomenon of magnetic induction intensity before failure, and the abnormal phenomenon of full failure mode, when the intensity of magnetic induction is reduced by leaps and bounds, tends to be invariant.
