传统建筑改造类型创意产业园设计研究

【摘要】：城市开始从工业化进入后工业化时期，由于工业生产随着科技进步机械化、自动化的影响，经济结构发生转变。城市从以生产为主的导向走向以第三产业为主，城市的空间结构产生变动。在此背景下，城市中心的衰退促使政府加强规划干预，以都市更新的手法，改善内城区的空间与生活品质，导致空间形态发生变化。同时，创意产业在发达国家率先发展起来，并于21世纪初开始在我国萌芽。那些掌握创意资本的创意人群聚集在具备多元化、包容性以及开放观念的地区，废弃的旧工厂、仓库，以及胡同小巷在创意人来看，是可以唤起创造力的魅力之所。所以，创意产业率先和传统建筑结合形成创意产业园。本文从传统建筑改造类型创意产业园设计研究着手，对其和城市发展的相关概念进行概述，并且通过大量的阅读文献以及实地考察调研其在国内外的发展现状和特点。然后讨论传统建筑改造类型创意产业园与城市发展的相关理论应用，研究其在城市层面的规划设计。通过对功能建构的问题梳理，力图可以从其内部深入了解传统建筑改造类型创意产业园的自身特色，，以及二者结合优势。在此基础上，本文接着分析传统建筑改造类型创意产业园和城市的空间环境特色，并最终挖掘出传统建筑、创意产业园以及城市发展的更深一层次的关系。最后，本文利用之间的分析内容，站在传统建筑改造类型创意产业园和城市发展的互补、互相促进的关系上提出二者在将来进程中的策略。本文是以理论分析、实例分析以及实地考察等三个不同层次的内容互相补充和支撑，以传统建筑改造类型创意产业园的设计理论及城市发展理论为基点，进行功能、空间、环境、城市发展几个方面研究。希望可以给未来的城市发展中，我国传统建筑改造类型创意产业园的建设上提出一些有意义的策略。
[Abstract]:The city began to move from industrialization to post-industrialization. As a result of the influence of mechanization and automation of industrial production with the progress of science and technology, the economic structure of the city changed from production-oriented to tertiary industry. In this context, the decline of urban centres has prompted the government to step up planning interventions to improve the quality of space and life in inner urban areas by means of urban renewal, resulting in changes in spatial forms. Creative industries were first developed in developed countries, and began to sprout in China in early 21th century. Creative people with creative capital gathered in areas with diverse, inclusive and open ideas, abandoned old factories, warehouses, And alleys and alleys in the creative people's point of view, can arouse the charm of creativity. Therefore, the creative industry and the combination of traditional buildings to form creative industry park. This paper begins with the research on the design of the traditional architectural renovation type creative industrial park, and summarizes the related concepts of its and urban development. And through a large number of reading literature and field investigation of its development status and characteristics at home and abroad. Then discussed the traditional architectural transformation type of creative industrial park and urban development related theoretical application. Through combing the problem of function construction, the author tries to understand the characteristics of the traditional architectural transformation type creative industry park from its interior, and the advantages of the combination of the two. This paper then analyzes the characteristics of the space environment of the traditional architectural transformation type creative industry park and city, and finally excavates the deeper relationship between traditional architecture, creative industry park and urban development. Finally, this paper uses the analysis content between them. On the basis of the complementary relationship between the traditional architectural transformation type creative industrial park and the urban development, this paper puts forward the strategies of the two in the future process. This paper is based on the theoretical analysis, case analysis and field investigation, which complement and support each other in three different levels. Based on the design theory and urban development theory of the traditional architectural transformation type creative industrial park, this paper carries on the function, the space, and so on. It is hoped that some meaningful strategies can be put forward for the construction of creative industrial park of traditional architectural transformation type in the future urban development.
