构造板扩展基础受力性状数值模拟分析

【摘要】:高层建筑基础的选型是由工程地质、上部结构体系、柱荷载大小以及施工条件等多因素决定。基础设计时应首先弄清楚地基基础的受力机理和模式,只有这样才能更准确地进行计算,使建筑设计更趋于安全合理。 构造板扩展基础是一种既不同于扩展基础又不同于筏形基础的新型基础类型。在柱下采用钢筋混凝土扩展基础,柱间采用平板式构造底板,扩展基础与构造底板浇筑成一体。此基础比扩展基础具有更高的承载能力,比筏形基础具有更好的经济效益。为了弄清楚该基础的工作机理,使设计更安全、更合理,必须要进行深一步的探索和研究。 本文结合辽宁省博物馆新馆构造板扩展基础地基反力及内力的测试研究,得出地基反力分布规律:总体上看呈波浪形,扩展基础底部反力值最大,跨中处反力值最小。 通过“地基反力分配比”的公式对实测地基反力进行调整和计算,利用ANSYS分析软件,采用整体式与分离式模型进行模拟研究可知:扩展基础底板处钢筋始终受拉力作用,其中心处的拉应力最大,由基础中心向基础两侧钢筋的拉应力逐渐减小,并且在进入柱上板带时拉应力逐渐变成压应力,压应力值随着与扩展基础距离的加大而逐渐加大。 文中关于构造板扩展基础的一系列实验与模拟研究,对更经济安全的进行基础设计提供了重要参考价值。工程中若能合理的使用这种新型基础将会获得可观的经济效益,这种新型基础有着广泛的使用前景和应用价值。
[Abstract]:The selection of high-rise building foundation is determined by engineering geology, superstructure system, column load and construction conditions. Only in this way can we calculate more accurately and make the design more safe and reasonable. The structural slab expansion foundation is a new type of foundation, which is different from both the extended foundation and the raft foundation. The reinforced concrete expansion foundation is adopted under the column, and the slab floor is used between the columns. The expanded foundation has higher bearing capacity and better economic benefit than the raft foundation. In order to find out the working mechanism of the foundation, the design is safer and more reasonable. Must carry on the deep exploration and the research. Based on the test and study of the foundation reaction and internal force of the expanded foundation of the new museum of Liaoning Provincial Museum, the law of the distribution of the foundation reaction force is obtained: generally speaking, the reaction value is the largest at the bottom of the expanded foundation and the smallest at the middle of the span. Through the formula of "distribution ratio of foundation reaction force", the measured foundation reaction force is adjusted and calculated. By using ANSYS analysis software, the integral model and the separate model are used to simulate the results. It is known that the reinforcement at the extended foundation floor is always subjected to tensile force. The tensile stress at the center of the column decreases gradually from the center of the foundation to the reinforcing bar on both sides of the foundation, and the tensile stress gradually changes into the compressive stress when entering the strip on the column, and the value of the compressive stress increases with the increase of the distance from the extended foundation. In this paper, a series of experimental and simulation studies on the expansion foundation of the structural plate provide an important reference value for more economical and safe foundation design. If this new type of foundation can be used reasonably in engineering, considerable economic benefits will be obtained. This new type of foundation has wide application prospect and application value.
