带肋钢筋桁架混凝土叠合楼板性能研究

【摘要】:带肋钢筋桁架混凝土叠合楼板是一种新型叠合结构,它是将在工厂加工成的钢筋桁架固定好后,浇筑混凝土形成带肋钢筋桁架混凝土预制薄板,,待预制薄板吊装就位后浇筑叠合层混凝土制作而成的。施工时无需设临时支撑、无需支模,具有二阶段制造和二次受力的特点。 本文对带肋钢筋桁架混凝土叠合楼板在施工阶段和正常使用阶段的受力性能进行了试验研究,发现当该叠合楼板中的预制板部分短期刚度满足规范要求时,使用阶段的叠合板承载力即可满足要求,且挠度远小于规范限值。 利用ANSYS通过改变各种参数,确定了各参数对其受力性能的影响。分析表明:混凝土肋高对预制板短期刚度影响最为明显,肋宽次之;钢筋桁架参与了楼板整体受力,桁架高度及上、下弦杆钢筋直径对两阶段的短期刚度均有很大影响;腹杆直径对预制板和叠合板短期刚度几乎没有影响,设计中只需满足构造要求即可。在此基础上,得到常用跨度下带肋钢筋桁架混凝土叠合楼板选用表,及其经济适用跨度。 最后,结合试验数据及有限元分析,以平截面假定为基础,综合考虑钢筋桁架及混凝土肋等对预制板截面刚度的贡献,通过一定的简化假定进行理论推导,提出了带肋钢筋桁架混凝土叠合楼板在施工阶段和正常使用阶段短期刚度及承载力的计算公式。
[Abstract]:The reinforced truss concrete composite floor slab with ribs is a new type of superimposed structure. It is a prefabricated concrete slab formed by pouring concrete after fixing the steel bar truss manufactured in a factory. It is made of concrete of superimposed layer after the precast thin plate is hoisted and put in place. It does not need temporary support and die support during construction, and it has the characteristics of two-stage manufacture and secondary force. In this paper, the mechanical behavior of reinforced truss reinforced concrete composite slabs with ribs in construction stage and normal service stage is studied experimentally. It is found that when the short-term stiffness of prefabricated slabs in the composite slabs meets the requirements of the code, The bearing capacity of laminated plates in service stage can meet the requirements, and the deflection is far less than the limit value of the specification. By changing various parameters of ANSYS, the influence of each parameter on its mechanical performance is determined. The analysis shows that the concrete rib height has the most obvious influence on the short-term stiffness of the prefabricated slab, followed by the rib width, and the steel truss takes part in the whole force of the floor slab. The height of the truss and the upper, lower chord steel bar diameter have great influence on the short-term stiffness of the two stages, and the web bar diameter has little effect on the short-term stiffness of the prefabricated board and the composite plate, so the design only needs to meet the structural requirements. The selection of concrete composite floor slabs with ribbed steel truss under common span and its economical and applicable span are obtained. Finally, combining the test data and finite element analysis, based on the assumption of plane section, considering the contribution of steel truss and concrete rib to the section stiffness of prefabricated slab, the theoretical derivation is carried out through a certain simplified assumption. A formula for calculating the short term stiffness and bearing capacity of reinforced truss reinforced concrete composite floor slabs with ribs in construction and normal service stages is presented.
