超高层混合结构坚向变形差对结构的影响及控制措施

【摘要】:钢框架-钢筋混凝土混合结构是一种能够充分发挥不同材料和不同结构性能的结构体系,受力合理、抗震性能好,而在超高层建筑中经常使用。但是随着高度的不断增高,不同竖向构件的变形差异差异问题也逐渐凸显出来。过大的竖向变形差异会对结构的安全、适用性能受到影响,对结构构件造成破坏。因此,研究竖向变形差异具有十分重要意义。 本文从理论方面分析了竖向构件变形差异产生的原因。对影响竖向变形差异的几个主要因素:弹性压缩、混凝土的收缩和徐变等详细的概述。对高层结构在竖向荷载作用下的结构计算方法:整体结构一次加载和模拟施工阶段加载进行了相关的理论推导。一次加载竖向构件变形趋势“底部小,顶部大”,变形逐渐累积;模拟施工阶段加载变形趋势“两边小,中间大”。 利用SAP2000有限元软件进行建模计算分析。分别考虑不同计算方法:整体结构一次加载和模拟施工阶段加载情况。在计算过过程中,将分别进行了弹性压缩变形、混凝土的收缩徐变以及核心筒超前施工等,竖向构件的变形以及变形差的发展规律。计算结果表明:计算方法的不同得到的变形和变形差区别较大;混凝土的收缩徐变有利于减小变形差异;核心筒超前施工竖向构件变形增大,但是变形差会减小等。 在竖向构件变形差分析的基础上,从结构设计、施工措施和混凝土材料等三个方面出发,对竖向变形差的控制措施提了一些建议。
[Abstract]:Steel frame-reinforced concrete hybrid structure is a kind of structure system which can give full play to different materials and different structural properties. It has reasonable force and good aseismic performance, but it is often used in super high-rise buildings. However, with the increasing of height, The problem of deformation difference of different vertical members is also becoming more and more obvious. Too large vertical deformation difference will affect the safety and applicability of the structure and damage the structural members. It is very important to study the difference of vertical deformation. In this paper, the causes of the deformation difference of vertical members are analyzed theoretically. The main factors affecting the difference of vertical deformation are elastic compression, elastic compression, elastic compression, elastic compression, elastic compression, elastic compression, and elastic compression. A detailed overview of shrinkage and creep of concrete. The calculation method of high-rise structure under vertical load: the theoretical derivation of integral structure under single loading and simulating construction stage loading. The deformation trend toward the component is "small at the bottom," Large top, gradual accumulation of deformation, simulation of construction stage loading deformation trend of "small on both sides, large in the middle". SAP2000 finite element software is used to model and analyze the model. Different calculation methods are taken into account: single load of the whole structure and simulation of the loading in the construction stage. In the course of calculation, elastic compression deformation is carried out separately. The shrinkage and creep of concrete and the advance construction of the core tube, the deformation of vertical members and the development law of deformation difference. The calculation results show that the difference of deformation and deformation difference between different calculation methods is great; The shrinkage and creep of concrete is beneficial to reduce the difference of deformation, and the deformation of vertical members in the core tube construction before construction increases, but the difference of deformation will decrease, etc. Based on the analysis of the deformation difference of vertical members, some suggestions on the control measures of vertical deformation difference are put forward from three aspects: structural design, construction measures and concrete materials.
