县级医院公共空间建筑设计研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济水平和国民医疗水平的不断提高,对现代化医院的建设的需求也日趋强烈,有相当一部分医院建设已经不能满足人们的就医条件与环境,特别是一些县级医院,它们在规模上要比镇一级的卫生院要大,但是又比市一级的医院小。而县级医院一般来说都是综合性医院,专科医院较少,由于在医院设计时缺乏整体的规划,而呈现一种无序的发展状态,医院的医疗环境,空间感受都受到限制。提及医院,人们脑海中呈现的画面——森白色的墙面,闪着冰冷寒光的手术刀,冰冷的针头,刺鼻的药品气息……,医院走廊昏暗无光,到处是嘈杂的声音,缺乏人性化的指引和指示,毫无服务建筑的生气可言。医院建筑作为医院医疗行为的承载体,从它本身出现以来,就是为了服务人民的大众健康。由于人们的认知有限,只注重人体生理的病症,而极少去关怀病人的心理病证。当今,随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及健康意识的不断提高,人们就医,不再是单一的医院的医技水平,医院的整体就医环境也是患者选择医院的重要方面。可以这么说,医生的整体职业素质、医院医疗器械的现代化程度以及医院建筑的室内外环境是衡量医院服务标准的三个最主要因素。第一部分：正文第一章、第二章,主要是阐述选题的背景、选题的目的与意义,以及当今医院建筑公共空间发展现状,提出论文论点。第二部分：正文第三～第五章,第三章主要是对医院选址、平面规划等几个方面进行论述,第四章论述论述了医院室外公共空间的设计理论,；而第五章论述了医院室内公共空间的设计理论,通过医院对医院内部功能空间、交通空间等几个方面进行论述。这一部分是本论文的主体部分。第三部分：正文第六章,结合两个项目的实际经验,通过外部空间、内部空间设计将理论运用到项目中。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of economic level and national medical treatment level, the demand for the construction of modern hospitals has become increasingly strong. A considerable number of hospital construction has been unable to meet the conditions and environment for people to seek medical treatment, especially some county-level hospitals. They are larger in scale than hospitals at the township level, but smaller than hospitals at the municipal level. County-level hospitals are generally general hospitals, and there are fewer specialized hospitals. Because of the lack of overall planning in hospital design, But presents a kind of disorderly development state, the hospital medical environment, the space feeling are all limited. When it comes to hospitals, the images in people's minds-the white walls of Sen, the cold scalpel, the cold needle, the pungent smell of medicine. Lack of human guidance and instructions, no service to the building to speak of vitality. Hospital architecture, as the carrier of hospital medical behavior, has been serving the public health since its emergence. Because people's cognition is limited, they only pay attention to the physical diseases of the human body. Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of people's living standard and the constant improvement of their health consciousness, people go to hospital and are no longer the medical skill level of a single hospital. The overall hospital environment is also an important aspect for patients to choose hospitals. It can be said that the overall professional quality of doctors, The degree of modernization of hospital medical devices and the indoor and outdoor environment of hospital buildings are the three most important factors to measure the standard of hospital service. The first part: the first chapter of the text, the second chapter, mainly describes the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the topic, as well as the current situation of the development of public space in hospital architecture, put forward the thesis argument. The second part: the body of the third ~ fifth chapter, the third chapter is mainly on the hospital location, plane planning and other aspects of the discussion, The fourth chapter discusses the design theory of hospital outdoor public space, while the fifth chapter discusses the design theory of hospital interior public space. This part is the main part of this paper. The third part: the sixth chapter of the text, combined with the actual experience of the two projects, through the external space, internal space design to apply the theory to the project.
