倒T型预应力混凝土双向叠合板的研究与应用

【摘要】:混凝土叠合结构与现浇结构相比,具有节约模板、现场作业量少、施工速度快等优点;与预制装配式结构相比,具有整体性好、抗震性能好等优点。混凝土结构工程中采用叠合结构可以取得显著的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益,,在国内外获得了较为广泛的应用和发展,但目前的叠合楼盖结构存在预制板自重较大、叠合面多采用平板、未考虑双向受力等缺陷和不足。本文对倒T型预应力混凝土双向叠合板的受力性能进行了研究和分析,并在工程实践的基础上总结和分析了其经济效益、环境效益以及施工工法,供工程应用参考。 首先介绍了倒T型预应力双向叠合板的优缺点、国内外发展与研究现状,研究分析了其极限承载力、抗弯刚度及叠合面的抗剪强度。对双向叠合板的弹性设计方法进行研究分析,并通过具体算例证明了弹性设计方法的合理性。其次,分析了倒T型预应力双向叠合板的构件设计,并提出跨度在2.7m~6.6m之间预制构件设计的几何参数及合理配筋。 通过有限元计算软件建立三个模型,分别为普通整浇板、预制底板厚度分别为30mm和45mm的叠合板,研究在相同荷载、边界条件、构件强度、钢筋配置的情况下,预制底板厚度的变化对叠合板挠度和应力产生的影响,分析叠合板预制构件厚度的合理范围。 通过有限元计算软件建立三个模型,尺寸分别为4.0m×4.0m、6.0m×6.0m、9.0m×9.0m的叠合板,研究在相同荷载、边界条件、构件强度、钢筋配置的情况下,总体尺寸的变化导致抵抗变形能力的变化,从该角度进一步分析叠合板所应采取的合理尺寸。 通过有限元计算软件建立两个模型,分别为总体尺寸为4.0m×4.0m下8根肋和4根肋的叠合板,研究在相同荷载、边界条件、构件强度、钢筋配置的情况下,预制构件肋的改变对整体工作性能的影响,分析合理布置肋的数量。 最后,结合工程实践,分析了倒T型预应力双向叠合板的环境效益,总结了叠合楼板的施工工法,以促进其推广应用。
[Abstract]:Compared with the cast-in-place structure, the concrete superimposed structure has the advantages of saving the formwork, less work done on the spot, fast construction speed, and so on, compared with the prefabricated prefabricated structure, it has the advantages of good integrity. The application of superimposed structures in concrete structures can achieve remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits, and has been widely used and developed at home and abroad. However, the existing superimposed floor structure has some defects, such as high self-weight of prefabricated slab, flat plate, no consideration of bidirectional force, etc. In this paper, the mechanical behavior of inverted T-type prestressed concrete bidirectional composite slab is studied and analyzed. The economic benefit, environmental benefit and construction method are summarized and analyzed on the basis of engineering practice. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of inverted T-type prestressed two-way composite slab are introduced, the development and research status at home and abroad are introduced, and its ultimate bearing capacity is studied and analyzed. The flexural stiffness and shear strength of the composite plane are studied and analyzed, and the rationality of the elastic design method is proved by an example. The member design of inverted T-type prestressed two-way composite slab is analyzed, and the geometric parameters and reasonable reinforcement of prefabricated members with span between 2.7m~6.6m are put forward. Through finite element calculation software, three models are established, one is common cast-in-place slab, the other is laminated slab with prefabricated bottom slab thickness of 30mm and 45mm respectively. Under the same load, boundary condition, strength of member and configuration of steel bar, three models are established. The influence of the thickness of prefabricated floor on the deflection and stress of the laminated plate is analyzed, and the reasonable range of the thickness of the prefabricated member is analyzed. Three models were established by finite element software, the dimensions of which were 4.0m 脳 4.0m 脳 6.0m 脳 6.0m 脳 6.0m 脳 9.0m respectively. Under the same load, boundary condition, strength of members and configuration of steel bar, the change of total dimension resulted in the change of resistance to deformation. From this point of view, the reasonable size of laminated plates should be further analyzed. Two models, 8 ribs and 4 ribs with a total size of 4.0m 脳 4.0m, are established by the finite element software. Under the same load, boundary conditions, strength of the members, and the configuration of the steel bar, the two models are studied. The influence of the change of the prefabricated rib on the overall working performance is analyzed and the number of reasonably arranged ribs is analyzed. Finally, combined with engineering practice, the environmental benefit of inverted T-type prestressed two-way composite slab is analyzed, and the construction method of superimposed floor slab is summarized in order to promote its popularization and application.
