长沙地区居住建筑的垂直绿化应用研究

【摘要】:《2012中国新型城市化报告》指出,中国城市化率突破50%。这不仅意味着城市人口已经超过农村人口数量,同时也为城市发展和环境带来新的压力,其中土地稀缺会直接造成城市绿化面积的锐减,而降低城市绿化面积,又会导致热岛效应加剧,从而形成了一种恶性循环,最终整个城市的人居环境将可能被破坏。因此,为了能保证城市绿化面积稳定增长,同时在一定程度上缓和土地利用矛盾,近年来,国内外关于立体绿化的应用和研究日趋增多,且其中又以屋顶绿化居多,而垂直绿化作为更大面积的绿化利用方式一直受到条件技术的制约,主要表现在国内对其研究具有狭隘性,长期停留在攀缘植物的选择研究上。 为了解决国内对垂直绿化研究的局限性和缓解当前绿地稀缺的城市环境现状,同时改善现存的人居环境,本文基于长沙地域环境,系统地结合垂直绿化与自然环境和人文环境的关系,并从居住建筑角度对垂直绿化进行研究。主要表现在依据自然环境和人文环境对垂直绿化的影响,根据不同居住建筑类型对垂直绿化构造方式和植物进行合理分析和选用,并对结构技术难点和植物的后期维护进行重点分析,为后续的研究和应用提供技术条件。 研究结果表明垂直绿化程度越高,植物覆盖率越高,其对人居环境的改善功能更好。但垂直绿化不仅受到自然环境的影响,同时为了获得不同的功能,如景观功能和节能功能,需要选择不同的垂直绿化技术方式、材料和植物。本文根据居住建筑垂直绿化的设计原则,将垂直绿化构造方式总结归纳为两个类别,即地面种植和人工地盘种植,并将其细分为五个主要构造方式,同时结合居住建筑的人居环境和建筑高度等因素的影响,对不同类型居住建筑适宜的垂直绿化提出指导性建议。由于在选择垂直绿化构造方式时植物配置也起到重要的作用,以长沙为例根据垂直绿化植物选择标准进行了植物品种的归类,主要分为攀缘植物和轻质植物两大类,并将其细分为九个品种,为垂直绿化植物的选择提供参照。作为居住建筑的垂直绿化,对居民而言安全持久是最基本的要求。因此本文详细介绍了垂直绿化构造技术的难点和垂直绿化植物的维护,让垂直绿化落到实处,具有可实施性,也为垂直绿化的推广奠定基础。
[Abstract]:< 2012 China New urbanization report > points out that China's urbanization rate exceeds 50%. This not only means that the urban population has exceeded the rural population, but also brings new pressure to urban development and the environment. The scarcity of land will directly lead to a sharp decrease in the area of urban greening, while reducing the area of urban greening will lead to the intensification of the heat island effect, thus forming a vicious circle in which the entire urban human settlements environment will eventually be destroyed. In order to ensure the steady growth of urban greening area and ease the contradiction of land use to a certain extent, in recent years, the application and research of stereoscopic greening at home and abroad are increasing day by day, and among them, roof greening is the most. Vertical greening as a larger area of greening has been restricted by the conditions of technology, mainly in the domestic study of its narrowness, long-term stay on the choice of climbing plants. In order to solve the limitations of vertical greening research in China and alleviate the present urban environmental situation of green space scarcity and improve the existing living environment, this paper is based on Changsha regional environment. The relationship between vertical greening and natural environment and humanistic environment is systematically combined, and the vertical greening is studied from the perspective of residential buildings, which is mainly manifested in the influence of natural environment and human environment on vertical greening. According to different types of residential buildings, this paper makes reasonable analysis and selection of vertical greening structure and plants, and focuses on structural technical difficulties and later maintenance of plants, which provides technical conditions for further research and application. The results show that the higher the degree of vertical greening, the higher the plant coverage, and the better the function of improving the human settlement environment. But vertical greening is not only affected by the natural environment, but also in order to obtain different functions. For example, landscape function and energy saving function, different vertical greening techniques, materials and plants should be selected. According to the design principles of vertical greening of residential buildings, the vertical greening construction mode is summed up into two categories in this paper. That is, ground planting and artificial site planting, which are subdivided into five main structural patterns, and combined with the influence of residential environment and building height of residential buildings, This paper puts forward some guiding suggestions for the suitable vertical greening of different types of residential buildings. Because the plant configuration also plays an important role in choosing the vertical greening construction mode, Taking Changsha as an example, according to the criteria for the selection of vertical greening plants, the plant varieties were classified into two categories, climbing plants and light plants, and were subdivided into nine varieties. This paper provides a reference for the selection of vertical greening plants. As the vertical greening of residential buildings, it is the most basic requirement for residents to be safe and lasting. Therefore, this paper introduces in detail the difficulties of vertical greening construction technology and the maintenance of vertical greening plants. So that vertical greening can be implemented, and lay the foundation for the promotion of vertical greening.
