青建集团股份公司海外业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:伴随着经济全球化浪潮,各国经济联系日益紧密,这也带动了国际工程承包市场的快速发展,尤其是东南亚、中东和非洲市场的发展更是惊人。青建集团股份公司(简称青建集团)作为一家拥有房屋总承包特级资质的大型建筑企业,发展国际工程承包业务已有三十年的历史。在三十年的发展历程中,青建集团的海外业务发展取得了一定的成绩,并初具规模,更重要的是青建集团积累了宝贵的国际工程项目经验。此外,在中国“走出去”战略的积极推动下,我国对外工程承包行业也获得了迅速发展。面对行业发展的良好势头,青建集团有必要抓住战略机遇更进一步推进其海外业务的发展。但是,机遇往往与挑战并存,在新时期,面对新环境,对青建集团所处的内外部环境进行全面、审慎地分析并制定海外发展战略有着重要的意义。 本文通过运用相关的企业竞争战略理论,使用SWOT分析方法,对青建集团海外业务面临的内、外部环境进行了分析,得出了外部环境面临的机会、威胁和内部运营中存在的优势、劣势。在此基础上,确定了青建集团海外业务发展战略的优化方向及可能的核心竞争力培养方向。同时,从战略发展方向、商业模式定位(包括主业定位、业务、市场布局、价值链选择、盈利模式、增长模式等)、整体战略目标等方面对海外业务进行了战略规划。针对制定的战略规划,拟定了相应的组织保障措施(管控模式、组织架构、总部职能定位)、市场经营措施、运营管理措施、资源支持措施(人力、劳务、资金、物资、技术),以确保战略规划的真正实施和落地。
[Abstract]:With the tide of economic globalization, the economic ties between various countries have become increasingly close, which has also led to the rapid development of the international project contracting market, especially in Southeast Asia. The development of markets in the Middle East and Africa is even more striking. It has been 30 years since the development of international engineering contracting business. In the course of 30 years of development, the overseas business development of the Green Construction Group has made certain achievements, and has begun to take shape. More importantly, the Green Construction Group has accumulated valuable experience in international engineering projects. In addition, under the positive impetus of China's "going out" strategy, China's foreign engineering contracting industry has also gained rapid development. It is necessary to seize the strategic opportunity to further promote the development of its overseas business. However, opportunities often coexist with challenges. In the new era, in the face of the new environment, the internal and external environment of the group is comprehensive. It is of great significance to carefully analyze and formulate overseas development strategies. By using the theory of competitive strategy and SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment faced by the overseas business of Qingjian Group, and obtains the opportunities that the external environment is facing. On the basis of this, the optimization direction of overseas business development strategy and the direction of cultivation of possible core competitiveness are determined. At the same time, from the strategic development direction, Business model positioning (including main business positioning, business, market layout, value chain selection, profit model, growth model, overall strategic objectives and other aspects of the strategic planning of overseas business. The corresponding organizational safeguard measures (management and control model, organizational structure, headquarter function positioning, market management measures, operational management measures, resource support measures (manpower, labor, capital, goods and materials) are drawn up. Technology to ensure the actual implementation of strategic planning and landing.
