新型农村社区建设的规划研究——以中原某市农村地区为例

【摘要】：地处中原的河南省是我国的人口、农村劳动力和农业大省,所讨论的某地级市政区的农村地区则是河南省在这些方面的缩影。一方面,该地区的乡村建设用地不集约现象突出,有推进居民点调整及新型社区的现实需求;另一方面,城乡产业经济的总体发展水平较低。难以支撑新型社区的大范围推广。所以,应坚持实事求是的原则,从实际条件出发,分区域、分步骤、有重点地推进新型农村社区建设。并讨论了具体的思路和策略。
[Abstract]:Henan Province, which is located in the Central Plains, is the population of our country, the rural labor force and the big agricultural province. The rural area of a prefecture-level city administrative district is a microcosm of Henan Province in these aspects. On the one hand, the phenomenon of non-intensive rural construction land in this area is prominent. On the other hand, the overall level of industrial economy in urban and rural areas is relatively low, and it is difficult to support the large-scale promotion of new types of communities. Therefore, we should adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts and proceed from the actual conditions. Sub-regional, step-by-step, to promote the construction of new rural communities, and discussed the specific ideas and strategies.
