我国建筑业海外派遣劳务人员情绪管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,在国际形势和国家政策的影响下,越来越多的中国企业选择以跨国公司或海外并购的方式走向国际市场。而跨国企业在海外市场的表现很大程度上取决于员工海外派遣的成败。针对这一事实,许多中外学者都展开了相关研究,但通过文献梳理发现,已有的关于海外派遣员工的研究大多集中在个人层面、跨文化环境、海外派遣工作压力、薪酬体系等几个方面,很少有对情绪管理进行深入系统的研究。 本文希望通过对我国建筑业海外派遣劳务人员情绪波动产生的原因进行分析,找出情绪控制的思路与解决办法,从而提高员工工作效率与工作氛围的和谐程度。本文在对情绪管理基本理论问题进行分析的基础上,运用规范分析法分析我国海外派遣员工情绪管理的现状,运用案例分析揭示海外派遣员工情绪管理中存在的问题及其成因。 笔者在对国内外相关研究文献进行梳理的基础上,借鉴相关的研究成果,结合建筑业海外派遣劳务人员压力与情绪管理调研结果,探讨并分析了我国建筑业海外派遣劳务人员情绪影响因素,分别从劳务人员自身、劳务派遣单位和使用单位以及政府社会等角度,提出了关于海外派遣员工情绪管理的对策建议。 本文共分六章,第一章是引言部分,主要介绍了研究的背景、研究的目的和意义、研究的思路和方法以及可能的创新点。第二章主要是相关理论概述,主要界定情绪管理和情绪调节的基本概念,以及情绪表达的相关理论。第三章主要海外劳务派遣的产生和发展,包括国外和国内两部分。第四章是我国建筑业海外派遣劳务人员情绪影响因素分析,讨论了我国建筑业海外派遣劳务人员情绪影响关键构成因素,进行了宏观层面分析、微观层面分析。第五章主要谈加强我国海外派遣劳务人员情绪管理的对策建议。第六章是结论与展望,总结了本文的研究成果和本文研究存在的某些局限和不足,并对下一步研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of the international situation and national policies, More and more Chinese companies choose to move to the international market through multinational corporations or overseas mergers and acquisitions. The performance of multinationals in overseas markets depends to a large extent on the success or failure of overseas employees. Many Chinese and foreign scholars have carried out relevant studies, but through literature review, we find that most of the existing researches on expatriate staff are focused on personal level, cross-cultural environment, overseas dispatch work pressure, salary system, and so on. There are few in-depth and systematic studies on emotional management. This paper hopes to find out the thought and solution of emotion control by analyzing the reasons of the emotion fluctuation of the labor force dispatched overseas in the construction industry of our country. Based on the analysis of the basic theoretical issues of emotional management, this paper analyzes the current situation of emotional management of overseas dispatched staff in China by using the normative analysis method. Case study is used to reveal the problems and causes of emotional management of overseas dispatch staff. On the basis of combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad and referring to the relevant research results, the author combines the research results of overseas dispatched labor force and emotional management in the construction industry. This paper probes into and analyzes the emotional influence factors of overseas dispatched labor workers in China's construction industry, respectively from the perspectives of labor service personnel themselves, labor dispatch units and users, as well as the government and society, etc. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the emotional management of overseas dispatch staff. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the study, research ideas and methods and possible innovations. It mainly defines the basic concepts of emotion management and emotion regulation, as well as the related theories of emotion expression. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the emotional influence factors of the overseas dispatched labor workers in the construction industry of our country, discusses the key factors of the emotional impact of the overseas dispatched labor workers in the construction industry of our country, and carries on the macroscopic level analysis. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the emotional management of overseas dispatched labor workers. Chapter VI is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the research results of this paper and some limitations and shortcomings of this study. And the prospect of the next research.
