软钢阻尼器在钢结构加层改造中的减震性能研究

【摘要】:钢结构直接加层技术以其独特的优点,在房屋加层改造中的应用最为常见,但是钢结构直接加层后结构普遍存在着下刚上柔的现象,并且加层部分钢框架结构的抗侧刚度有限,因此在房屋高度较高及水平力较大的情况下,结构的侧向变形会较大,不易满足相应规范的要求,而我国又是一个多发地震国家,因此对直接加层结构的抗震性能研究显得尤为重要,本文主要内容: (1)阐述了加层结构改造技术及国内外应用现状和发展前景,钢结构直接加层存在的刚度突变及带来的鞭梢效应,结构减震技术的应用及各类控制方法,阐述了软钢阻尼器耗能减震的原理及其开发和解决的问题。 (2)框剪结构不同加层体系的时程反应分析:对一幢10层框剪结构的既有建筑扩展到钢结构直接加层结构、未设支撑、设有普通支撑和安装有耗能减震装置(软钢阻尼器)的加层钢结构,对其进行罕遇地震下的时程反应,,比较分析得出软钢耗能减震装置在不同加层体系中发挥的重要作用。 (3)阐述了软钢耗能减震装置在加层钢结构中不同布置位置下,在罕遇地震下时程反应减震效果的影响,计算结果为实际工程中软钢阻尼器在结构加层改造中的应用提供初步的判断,科学合理的布置软钢阻尼器,使软钢阻尼器发挥最大的耗能减震作用。 (4)耗能阻尼器与结构结合,一般都是通过支撑,不同的支撑形式在受力性能上有不同之处,会影响到阻尼器的减震效果,也会影响到建筑的使用功能,合理的支撑形式会使软钢阻尼器在框剪结构加层中发挥更好的减震效果。鉴于以上因素,本课题研究了不同支撑形式对软钢阻尼器在框剪结构加层体系中减震效果的影响,为软钢阻尼器在框剪结构加层改造中的应用提供一定参考。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique advantages, the direct layer adding technology of steel structure is the most common application in the retrofitting of buildings. However, the phenomenon of inflexion and upper flexibility is common in the steel structure after adding layer directly, and the lateral stiffness of the steel frame structure is limited.Therefore, when the building height is high and the horizontal force is large, the lateral deformation of the structure will be larger, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the corresponding code. And China is a country with multiple earthquakes.Therefore, it is very important to study the seismic behavior of the direct adding story structure. The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper expounds the retrofit technology of adding layer structure, the present situation and development prospect of its application at home and abroad, the sudden change of rigidity and the whipping effect of steel structure directly adding layer, the application of structural shock absorption technology and various control methods.The principle, development and solution of energy dissipation of mild steel dampers are described.The time-history response analysis of different story adding system of frame shear structure: the existing building of a 10-story frame shear structure is extended to the steel structure directly adding story structure without support.(3) the effect of time-history response on the damping effect of soft steel energy dissipation devices under rare earthquakes in different positions of steel structures with additional layers is expounded.The results provide a preliminary judgement for the application of soft steel dampers in the retrofitting of structures, and a scientific and reasonable arrangement of soft steel dampers, so that the flexible steel dampers can play the greatest role in energy dissipation and seismic absorption.4) the combination of energy dissipation dampers and structures is generally through bracing. Different forms of support have different mechanical properties, which will affect the damping effect of dampers and the use of buildings.The reasonable bracing form will make the soft steel damper play a better effect in the frame-shear structure adding layer.In view of the above factors, the effect of different bracing forms on the damping effect of soft steel dampers in frame-shear structures is studied in this paper, which provides a certain reference for the application of soft steel dampers in the retrofitting of frame-shear structures.
