地域性元素在云南地区乡镇中小学设计中的运用

【摘要】:地域性元素构成了各具特色的建筑形式,它们通过被提取、改造反复用到新的建筑当中,以实现建筑形式的传承。地域性的建筑形式的意义不只是反映过去的、历史的,它传承着当地的自然环境因素、社会文化因素等。云南地区的地域性元素得天独厚、丰富多样,不仅为该地区地域性建筑的研究提供了丰富的素材,还将云南地区地域特色全面的向世人展示,获得广泛的认可。云南绝大多数的乡镇中小学建筑由于地处偏远地区,当地经济相对不发达,地方政府不重视等因素导致学校建筑仅仅是为了满足“教学”功能,建设成本不足,使得建筑形式都呈现白墙“方盒子”的范式。随着现代主义风格的风靡,与人们的盲目追求,导致乡镇中小学建筑中的地域性元素逐渐消失,地域文化特色得不到足够的重视。 论文从研究地域性元素相关理论入手,了解关于地域性建筑理论的发展现状,将批判的地域主义建筑观和当代建筑类型学作为本文的理论依据,指导地域性元素的选择和运用。通过腾冲部分地区——猴桥镇中小学建筑的实地调研,从当地中小学建筑的学校功能布局、校园环境、非教学空间和建筑形象入手,获取第一手资料,通过对比研究提出当地中小学建筑发展中存在的问题。为地域性元素的实例运用提供现实依据。将批判的地域主义建筑观作为认识和选择地域性元素的方法论,把人和自然对于建筑的影响作为研究地域性元素的切入点,分析了云南地区的地域性元素:自然环境元素,文化元素,地方技术元素。从当代建筑类型学理论中总结出有限表达地域性元素的方法:因地制宜、移植和借鉴。最后结合实际案例《腾冲县猴桥镇育英完小改扩建规划建筑设计》,通过实地调研现状分析和当地地域性元素分析,运用因地制宜、移植和借鉴的设计方法在校园空间、建筑造型、建筑结构部件等方面对育英完小进行研究设计。在满足学校基本功能的前提下,还要关注学生教育的心理要求,营造现代校园空间,达到环境育人的目的。塑造地域性校园文化,让学生产生归属感,自豪感。
[Abstract]:Regional elements constitute different architectural forms. They are extracted, modified and used repeatedly in new buildings to realize the inheritance of architectural forms.The significance of regional architectural form not only reflects the past and history, it inherits the local natural environment factors, social and cultural factors and so on.The regional elements in Yunnan are unique, rich and diverse, which not only provide abundant materials for the study of regional architecture in this region, but also show the regional characteristics of Yunnan to the world in an all-round way and get wide recognition.Owing to the fact that most of the township primary and secondary school buildings in Yunnan are located in remote areas, the local economy is relatively underdeveloped, and local governments do not attach importance to such factors, the school buildings are only designed to satisfy the function of "teaching" and the construction costs are insufficient.So that the architectural form presents the white wall "square box" paradigm.With the popularity of modernism style and blind pursuit of people, the regional elements in the primary and middle school buildings of villages and towns gradually disappear, and the regional cultural characteristics are not paid enough attention to.This paper starts with the study of the theory of regional elements, understands the current situation of the development of regional architectural theory, takes the critical regionalism architectural view and contemporary architectural typology as the theoretical basis of this paper, and guides the selection and application of regional elements.Through the field investigation of primary and secondary school buildings in Tengchong, the primary and secondary school buildings in Tengchong are obtained from the school function layout, the campus environment, the non-teaching space and the building image of the local primary and secondary school buildings, so as to obtain first-hand information.Through comparative study, the problems in the development of local primary and secondary schools are put forward.It provides a practical basis for the application of regional elements.Taking the critical view of regionalism architecture as the methodology of recognizing and selecting regional elements, taking the influence of man and nature on architecture as the starting point of studying regional elements, this paper analyzes the regional elements in Yunnan: natural environment elements.Cultural elements, local technical elements.From the contemporary architectural typology theory, this paper summarizes the methods of expressing regional elements in a limited way: adapting measures to local conditions, transplanting and drawing lessons from them.Finally, combining with the actual case, "Planning and Building Design of Yuying small Reconstruction and extension in Xiaoying Town of Tengchong County", through field investigation and analysis of local regional elements, the design method adapted to local conditions and transplanted and used for reference is applied in the campus space.Architectural modeling, structural components and other aspects of Yuying small to carry out research and design.On the premise of satisfying the basic functions of the school, we should pay attention to the psychological requirements of the students' education, construct the modern campus space and achieve the purpose of educating people in the environment.Shape the regional campus culture, so that students have a sense of belonging, pride.
