陇东地区生态农宅适宜营建策略及设计模式研究

【摘要】:目前我国新农村建设盲目化和无序化现象十分普遍,正在造成能耗增加、污染加重、耕地减少、传统文化缺失等诸多问题。如何在营建高品质的健康舒适农宅的同时又不会对环境、资源造成破坏,使农宅营建设计走上可持续发展道路,,是我国当下亟待解决的战略性问题。 陇东地区的广大乡村,资源贫乏,经济水平相对落后。在当前的经济环境背景下,积极分析农宅建设中存在的问题,从可持续角度探讨陇东地区农宅适宜营建策略和设计模式,对于提高农宅的经济性、实用性、坚固性、生态性和美观性,保留当地建筑特色,最大限度降低建筑能耗,实现节地、节能、节水和节材的“四节”目标,保证农宅建设与环境和谐发展具有重要意义。 本文以陇东地区农宅作为研究对象,在综述生态建筑理论、适宜技术理论等国内外相关理论及实践基础上,概括了陇东地区传统建筑类型,界定了传统农宅的研究范围,分析了传统农宅的空间与功能、结构与构造、美学与社会以及热环境等方面的特征,指出目前传统农宅在实用、生态、美观方面基本适宜,在经济、坚固方面不适宜;列举了陇东地区新式农宅建筑实例,通过实地调查、问卷分析以及物理环境测试,得出新式农宅在实用、坚固方面适宜,而在经济、生态和美观方面不适宜的结论;从复合生态系统角度构建了陇东地区生态农宅适宜的营建策略,提出了适宜当地生农宅的社会文化、经济和自然环境策略;提出了生态农宅的节地、节能、节水和节材适宜设计模式;依据上述策略和模式进行了新农宅的方案设计,建立了比较模型,利用ECOTECT软件从温度、能耗、采光和经济性方面比较设计方案与传统农宅、新式农宅在生态性能方面的差异,进一步验证提出的适宜策略和设计模式的合理性和有效性,为当地农村在城市化过程中实现可持续更新,提供系统的理论指导和必要的技术支持。
[Abstract]:At present, China's new rural construction blindness and disorder is a common phenomenon, is caused by increasing energy consumption, pollution, reduction of arable land, many problems such as the lack of traditional culture. How to in the construction of high-quality healthy and comfortable rural house without damage to the environment, resources, make the rural house'sconstruction Design on the road of sustainable development. Is a strategic problem in China urgently need to be resolved.
The vast rural areas, Longdong region, resource poor, economic level is relatively backward. In the current economic environment, the positive analysis of existing problems in rural housing construction, to explore the rural house in Longdong area suitable tactics and design patterns from the perspective of sustainable, to improve the rural housing economy, practicability, robustness, ecology and beautiful, to preserve local architectural features, reduce building energy consumption, to achieve energy saving, water saving and land saving, material saving "four" target, to ensure the harmonious development of rural housing construction and environment has important significance.
The farm house in Longdong area as the research object, summarized the theory of ecological building, the appropriate technology theory at home and abroad such as theory and practice basis, summarizes the traditional architecture in Longdong area, defines the study scope of traditional farm house, analyzes the space and function of traditional rural residence, structure, aesthetic characteristics and social and the thermal environment, pointed out that the traditional rural house in practical, ecological, aesthetic aspects of basic suitability, in the economy, strong is not appropriate; lists the new rural housing construction in Longdong area as an example, through field investigation, questionnaire analysis and physical test environment, come to new rural house in strong practical, appropriate, and in the economic, ecological and aesthetic aspects of inappropriate conclusions; from the perspective of ecological system construction strategy of the construction of house suitable ecological agricultural Longdong area, and put forward the suitable local dwelling in the social culture, The economic and environmental strategy; put forward the ecological dwelling in the land, energy saving, water saving and material saving suitable design pattern; on the basis of the above strategy and design the mode of new rural housing scheme, established a model, using ECOTECT software from temperature, energy consumption, lighting and economical design comparison with traditional farm house the new rural house, differences in the ecological performance, further verify the proposed optimal strategy and design model's rationality and effectiveness for the local rural sustainable renewal in the process of city, to provide theoretical guidance system and necessary technical support.
