青岛经济技术开发区滨海景观的调查研究

【摘要】：随着时代的变迁和国家十二五批复的“蓝色海洋经济”发展战略的出台，使人们越来越关注于滨海城市的规划。滨海区利用得天独厚的地理位置和自然条件，成为城市发展的重要项目。滨海城市对滨海景观进行开发与规划，有利于完善城市发展，提升城市形象，推动城市经济增长；建设亲水、休闲、娱乐于一体的公共空间来丰富城区市民的生活，特色滨海景观的建设成功吸引了大量外地游客，也促进了城市旅游业的发展。青岛经济技术开发区作为首批经国务院批准的沿海经济技术开发区之一，建区二十年，从一个荒野渔村发展成为以外向型经济为主，具备良好的投资环境，迅速崛起的新区。本文以开发区滨海景观作为研究对象，对滨海景观现状进行全面、系统的分析，通过实地考察和市民问卷调查获得珍贵的第一手资料，对青岛经济技术开发区滨海景观存在的问题展开分析和研究，坚持景观的维护与发展，充分展现滨海景观特色。本课题通过实地考察拍摄大量的图片资料，，加上市民问卷调查的分析，来获得第一手的资料，从三个部分展开对青岛经济技术开发区滨海景观的研究。首先分析青岛经济技术开发区的区位概况，以起步、创业、共建三个方面概况城区建设的开发历程，进而论述了滨海景观的形成与发展，最终形成唐岛湾段滨海景观区和环岛路段滨海景观区。其次是以唐岛湾段滨海景观区和环岛路段滨海景观区的景观现状展开一系列的深入分析，对影响滨海景观的文化因素进行研究，通过对市民调查问卷分析对滨海景观满意程度。最后是通过对滨海景观现状的分析，提出滨海景观中存在的问题，并对其进行相对应的研究，从社会、经济、旅游三方面肯定了滨海景观的开发作用，最后对滨海景观如何维护发展提出一些合理的建议。本课题通过对青岛经济技术开发区滨海景观现状的实地调研与分析，归纳出滨海景观在规划设计时应该注意的问题，并且提出有助于未来发展的建议。希望对以后滨海景观的建设起到一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the change of times and the development strategy of "blue ocean economy", people pay more and more attention to the planning of coastal cities.Taking advantage of the unique geographical location and natural conditions, the coastal area has become an important project of urban development.The development and planning of coastal landscape in coastal cities is conducive to the improvement of urban development, the promotion of city image, the promotion of urban economic growth, the construction of a public space that integrates hydrophilic, leisure and entertainment to enrich the life of urban residents.The construction of characteristic coastal landscape has attracted a large number of foreign tourists and promoted the development of urban tourism.Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone, as one of the first coastal economic and technological development zones approved by the State Council, has developed from a wild fishing village into a new one with a favorable investment environment and a rapid rise for 20 years.This article takes the coastal landscape of the development zone as the research object, carries on the comprehensive and systematic analysis to the present situation of the coastal landscape, obtains the precious first-hand information through the field investigation and the citizen questionnaire survey.The problems existing in the coastal landscape of Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone are analyzed and studied in order to maintain and develop the landscape and fully show the characteristics of the coastal landscape.In this paper, a lot of pictures are taken on the spot, and the analysis of the citizen questionnaire is made to obtain the first-hand information, and the research on the coastal landscape of Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone is carried out from three parts.Firstly, this paper analyzes the location of Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone, and discusses the formation and development of coastal landscape from three aspects: starting, pioneering and co-building.Finally, the coastal landscape area of Tangdao Bay section and the coastal landscape area of Huandao Road section are formed.Secondly, a series of in-depth analysis on the present situation of the coastal landscape area of Tangdao Bay and Huandao Road is carried out, and the cultural factors affecting the coastal landscape are studied, and the satisfaction degree of the coastal landscape is analyzed through the questionnaire survey to the citizens.Finally, through the analysis of the present situation of the coastal landscape, the problems existing in the coastal landscape are put forward, and the corresponding research is carried out, which confirms the development function of the coastal landscape from the social, economic and tourism aspects.Finally, some reasonable suggestions on how to maintain and develop coastal landscape are put forward.Based on the field investigation and analysis of the present situation of coastal landscape in Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone, this paper summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the planning and design of coastal landscape, and puts forward some suggestions for the future development.Hope to the future coastal landscape construction plays a certain reference role.
