上海南京路步行街环境设计心理研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展,商业步行街的建设开始大规模的进行,取得了一些经济效益、社会效益和文化效益,但随之也带来了一些问题,如盲目拆建传统街道,造成了当地文化的流失;盲目的模仿经典案例的步行街模式,忽略因地制宜的设计思想和人们的行为心理需求。本文运用环境心理相关理论对南京路商业步行街环境设计的现状进行分析和研究,提出商业步行街环境设计应该满足消费者多方位的行为心理需求。 通过对商业步行街环境设计和环境心理相关理论的基础研究后,结合案例南京路步行街环境设计的分析,总结出消费者行为心理特征,消费者对步行街环境设计的评价,以此来归纳出影响消费者行为心理的相关因素,便于以后设计师多方位的了解消费者的场所行为和场所心理,,能更好的切合实际,设计出人性化的步行街环境设计。最后,结合环境心理相关理论对南京路步行街的环境设计的总体规划、环境空间和环境细部设计进行细致分析,以此总结出对商业步行街环境设计的六点建议:“以人为本”、“功能多元化”、“可持续发展”、“文化传承与发展”、“大众参与机制”以及加强对环境后期的维护与管理,希望本文的研究能够对今后步行街建设或改造提供理论参考和实践学习。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the construction of commercial pedestrian street began to be carried out on a large scale, and obtained some economic, social and cultural benefits, but also brought some problems, such as blind demolition and construction of traditional streets.Caused the loss of local culture; blindly imitated the classic case of pedestrian street model, ignoring the local design ideas and people's behavioral and psychological needs.Based on the theory of environmental psychology, this paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the environmental design of Nanjing Road Commercial pedestrian Street, and puts forward that the environmental design of Commercial pedestrian Street should meet the needs of consumers' behavioral psychology in various directions.Based on the basic research on the environmental design and environmental psychology theory of commercial pedestrian street, combined with the analysis of Nanjing Road pedestrian street environmental design, the author summarizes the consumer behavior psychological characteristics and consumer's evaluation of pedestrian street environment design.In order to sum up the related factors which affect consumer behavior psychology, it is convenient for designers to understand the place behavior and place psychology of consumers in many ways, which can better meet the needs of reality and design a humanized pedestrian street environment design.Finally, combined with the related theory of environmental psychology, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the overall planning, environmental space and environmental detail design of Nanjing Road pedestrian Street, so as to sum up six suggestions for the environmental design of Commercial pedestrian Street: "People-oriented"."functional pluralism", "Sustainable Development", "Cultural inheritance and Development", "popular participation Mechanism" and strengthening the maintenance and Management of the later stage of the Environment,It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide theoretical reference and practical study for the construction or transformation of pedestrian street in the future.
