多功能空气源热泵空调热水机组性能实验研究

【摘要】:夏季家庭、办公场所和公共场所都需要制冷和生活用热水。从能量利用的角度来讲,空调能实现制冷。由于空调装置在夏季制冷时,将冷凝热直接排放到了环境中,既浪费了能源,也造成了城市的热污染,本文针对这一问题设计了一种新型的多功能空气源热泵空调热水系统,对系统中的压缩机、室内换热器、室外换热器、冷凝器和节流机构等主要部件进行了详细的热力设计和设备选型计算,根据计算结果和系统图搭建了相应的实验装置。该系统有三种运行模式,分别是单独制热水模式、单独制冷模式和制冷兼制热水模式。本文实验研究了机组在三种运行模式下的运行性能。研究结果表明:在单独制热水模式下,进口水温增加,系统COP降低,室外温度增加,系统COP增加。当进口水温为45℃,室外环境温度为35℃时,系统的制热系数COP为3。制冷模式下,室内温度增加,系统COP增加,在室内外环境温度均为35℃时,系统的制冷系数COP为2.03。在制冷兼制热水模式下,室内温度增加,系统COP增加,在夏季制冷的时候,我们同时又能免费获得热量,节能效果明显,当进口水温为45℃,室外环境温度为35℃时,其综合能效比可达到4.7。该系统将热泵热水器与空调联合在一起,使压缩机一机多用,投资比单独热水器和单独空调的总投资费用要少,并且节能。本文实验结果可为开发一种新型的多功能热泵空调热水机组提供技术依据。
[Abstract]:Summer homes, offices and public places need cooling and hot water for living.From the point of view of energy utilization, air conditioning can achieve refrigeration.As the air conditioning unit releases condensate heat directly into the environment during summer refrigeration, it not only wastes energy but also causes urban heat pollution. In this paper, a new type of multi-function air source heat pump air conditioning hot water system is designed to solve this problem.The main components of the system, such as compressor, indoor heat exchanger, outdoor heat exchanger, condenser and throttling mechanism, are designed and calculated in detail. According to the calculation results and the system diagram, the corresponding experimental equipment is built.There are three operation modes of the system, which are single hot water model, single refrigeration mode and refrigeration / hot water mode.In this paper, the operating performance of the unit in three operation modes is studied experimentally.The results show that the inlet water temperature increases, the system COP decreases, the outdoor temperature increases and the system COP increases.When the inlet water temperature is 45 鈩,
