基于监测数据的地下变电站深基坑安全性分析

【摘要】:随着城市建设快速发展,大量高层建筑工程的涌现,有限的土地资源无法满足人们的需求,使得地下空间的开发和利用愈发得到重视。地下空间施工过程对周围建筑物的影响较大,必须对施工过程中的位移和变形实时监测。基坑的实时监测不仅能在施工过程中起到指导作用,还能对长期的安全性做预测和分析。本文论述了深基坑工程开挖和支护的发展现状,侧重分析深基坑支护结构类型;研究影响深基坑工程安全性问题,主要有设计不当、时空效应考虑不周、现场监测影响等几个因素,重点研究基坑监测技术对基坑的数值分析起到的重要作用。本文依托广州市轨道交通六号线工程大坦沙主变电站深基坑工程实施过程,从深基坑开挖过程中基坑位移、变形及安全性入手,采取ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟基坑施工过程,基于现场监测数据调整模型物理力学参数,为基坑开挖的每个工况进行安全性分析。本文主要进行的工作如下: (1)根据现场工程地质条件,利用有限元程序ANSYS进行分层开挖的三维模拟,分析基坑支护变化过程。 (2)与实际监测数据比较,经过参数反演调整模型参数,,对基坑每一工况进行安全性分析,指导下一工况的进行。 (3)将模拟结果与监测结果进行误差分析,结果显示经过参数调整的该模型误差小、适应性强。 本文数值模拟的结果与监测数据反映的规律基本一致,对基坑安全性起到较好的预测,说明本文研究结果对类似的工程实例具有一定的参考作用,在基坑安全性分析工程中具有一定的应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban construction and the emergence of a large number of high-rise building projects, limited land resources can not meet the needs of people, making the development and utilization of underground space more and more attention.The construction process of underground space has a great influence on the surrounding buildings, so it is necessary to monitor the displacement and deformation in the construction process in real time.The real-time monitoring of foundation pit can not only play a guiding role in the construction process, but also predict and analyze the long-term safety.In this paper, the development of deep foundation pit excavation and support is discussed, and the types of deep foundation pit supporting structure are emphatically analyzed, and the problems affecting the safety of deep foundation pit engineering are mainly discussed, such as improper design and inadequate consideration of space-time effect.This paper mainly studies the important role of foundation pit monitoring technology in numerical analysis of foundation pit.Based on the implementation process of deep foundation pit in Datansha Substation of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 6, this paper starts with the displacement, deformation and safety of deep foundation pit, and adopts ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the construction process of foundation pit.Based on the field monitoring data, the physical and mechanical parameters of the model are adjusted, and the safety analysis is carried out for each working condition of foundation pit excavation.The main work of this paper is as follows:1) according to the field engineering geological conditions, the three-dimensional simulation of layered excavation is carried out by using the finite element program ANSYS, and the changing process of foundation pit support is analyzed.2) comparing with the actual monitoring data, the model parameters are adjusted by parameter inversion, and the safety analysis of each working condition of foundation pit is carried out to guide the next working condition.3) error analysis of simulation and monitoring results shows that the model with parameter adjustment has small error and strong adaptability.The result of numerical simulation in this paper is basically consistent with the law reflected by monitoring data, which has a good prediction on the safety of foundation pit. It shows that the research results in this paper have certain reference function for similar engineering examples.It has certain application prospect in foundation pit safety analysis engineering.
