多排焊钉推出试验试件力学性能

【摘要】:单排焊钉推出试验与多排焊钉推出试验得到的单钉承载力有一定的差别,为了明确焊钉排数对多排焊钉的抗剪承载力的影响,进行了1组单排焊钉基本力学试验和4组不同排数的多排焊钉力学性能试验.试验结果表明,焊钉排数对焊钉的抗剪承载力有影响,换算得到的单个焊钉承载力随排数的增加而降低,焊钉排数的影响随排数的增加而趋于稳定,其影响值在15%以内.结合试验结果,给出了焊钉排数对其抗剪承载力影响的表达式.此外,根据多排焊钉的荷载滑移曲线,给出了多排焊钉的荷载滑移关系表达式,与试验结果比较表明,所给表达式的结果与试验结果吻合较好.
[Abstract]:There are some differences in the bearing capacity of single row welding nail pushing test and multi row welding nail pushing test. In order to clarify the influence of the number of welded nail row on the shear capacity of multiple row welded nail,A group of basic mechanical tests of single-row welded nails and four groups of multi-row welded nails with different number of rows were carried out.The experimental results show that the shear bearing capacity of the welded nail is affected by the number of the welded nails. The load capacity of the single welded nail is reduced with the increase of the number of rows, and the influence of the number of the welded nails tends to be stable with the increase of the number of rows, and the influence value is less than 15%.Based on the experimental results, the expression of the influence of the number of welded nails on the shear capacity is given.In addition, according to the load-slip curve of multi-row welded nails, the expression of load-slip relationship of multi-row welded nails is given. The comparison with the experimental results shows that the results of the expressions are in good agreement with the experimental results.
