桩承加筋土复合地基性状数值模拟分析

【摘要】:桩承加筋土复合地基应用于厂房地坪等地基处理工程时,地坪表面往往会设置刚性地面层,此时复合地基性状将有别于高填土路堤等柔性路面地基。本文通过有限元分析方法,研究了地面层刚度和垫层对桩承加筋土复合地基性状的影响。 主要研究内容如下: (1)运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,基于室内模型试验建立三维数值模型,对沉降、桩土应力比、桩身应力分布、格栅应力分布等进行数值模拟,与试验结果进行比较分析。 (2)分析大面积均布荷载作用下,地面层刚度对复合地基的影响。分析表明:随着地面层刚度减小,桩土应力比相应减小、地表不均匀沉降增大、格栅应力也随之增大。 (3)分析局部集中荷载作用下,地面层刚度对复合地基的影响。结果表明:随着地面层刚度减小,桩土应力比相应减小、地表不均匀和桩-土差异沉降增大、桩身水平位移和格栅应力也随之增大。 (4)刚性地面层下垫层影响分析。分析了垫层材料模量、垫层厚度、格栅模量和格栅位置对地基桩土应力比、沉降、桩身应力和格栅应力的影响。结果表明:垫层模量和垫层厚度对桩土应力比和沉降影响显著;格栅设置于桩顶平面时,加筋效果较好。
[Abstract]:When pile-supported reinforced soil composite foundation is applied to ground treatment works such as workshop floor, rigid ground layer is often set on the ground surface, and the behavior of composite foundation will be different from that of flexible pavement foundation such as high fill embankment. In this paper, the influence of ground stiffness and cushion on the behavior of pile-supported reinforced soil composite foundation is studied by finite element method. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1) using ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the three-dimensional numerical model is established based on indoor model test. The settlement, pile-soil stress ratio, pile stress distribution and grid stress distribution are numerically simulated, and the results are compared with the experimental results. 2) the influence of ground stiffness on composite foundation under large area uniform load is analyzed. The analysis shows that the pile-soil stress ratio decreases with the decrease of the surface stiffness, the uneven settlement of the ground surface increases, and the grid stress increases. The influence of floor stiffness on composite foundation under local concentrated load is analyzed. The results show that with the decrease of ground stiffness, the pile-soil stress ratio decreases, the ground surface inhomogeneity and pile-soil differential settlement increase, and the horizontal displacement of pile body and grid stress also increase. (4) Analysis of the influence of the rigid ground layer on the underlying layer. The effects of cushion material modulus, cushion thickness, grid modulus and grid position on the stress ratio, settlement, pile body stress and grid stress of foundation pile are analyzed. The results show that the influence of cushion modulus and cushion thickness on the pile-soil stress ratio and settlement is significant, and the reinforcement effect is better when the grid is located in the top plane of the pile.
