广州经适房窗口的适老性设计研究

【摘要】：人口老龄化是社会发展与进步的产物，我国是世界上老年人口最多、增长最快的国家之一。进入21世纪后，老龄化将渗入我们的生活当中，必将使国民经济和社会的发展面临巨大挑战。作为社会的弱势群体，老人的生活状况和居住质量是政府、社会和各方都应当关注的焦点。在社会养老机构尚未建设完善的前提下，居家养老将在很长一段时间内成为老年人的养老方式。随着广州市房价的节节攀升，中低阶层的住房问题受到越来越多的社会关注。广州经适房是面向中低层收入家庭，是具备保障性质的政策性住房，目前建设尚处于起步阶段。窗口是建筑与外界的主要交流界面，，同样也是建筑设计中具有一定设计价值的元素，它的设计多样性直接影响着建筑的实用价值。建筑师在追求富有视觉冲击力的建筑形式的同时，也在考虑心理因素在设计中所起的作用。窗口作为联系建筑室内外空间的一个基本元素，既能体现建筑的功能特征又极具表现力，因此在表达建筑的心理空间扮演着十分重要的角色。本文正是在上述背景下提出，结合老年学、环境心理学等相关学科，从老年人的行为特征和使用需求出发，通过对广州经适房窗口设计的研究，提出优化策略。论文共分五章。第一章，就研究目的和意义、相关研究现状等进行综合论述，介绍了经适房的发展现状与趋势、窗口对老年人身心健康的作用，并界定研究对象和研究范围。第二章，包含了广州经适房现状与问题、老年人的基本特征以及窗口的设计因素。第三章，通过问卷调查，了解目前广州经济适用房窗口的使用评价和住户居住意愿等实际信息。第四章，通过入户调研，深入了解广州经适房窗口使用的问题，总结分析目前经适房窗口设计针对中老年人使用方面的得失。第五章，为广州经适房窗口提出优化与适老化策略。最后为结论与展望。
[Abstract]:Population aging is the product of social development and progress. China is one of the countries with the most elderly population and the fastest growth in the world. After entering the 21st century, aging will permeate our life and will make the development of national economy and society face great challenges. As a social vulnerable group, the living conditions and living quality of the elderly are the focus of the government, society and all sides. Under the premise that the social old-age institution is not perfect, the old-age care at home will become the old-age way for a long time. With the rising of housing prices in Guangzhou, the housing problem of middle-and-low-class is paid more and more attention. Comfortable housing is a kind of policy housing for middle and low income families, which is still in its infancy. Window is the main interface between architecture and the outside world, and it is also the element of certain design value in architectural design. Its diversity of design directly affects the practical value of architecture. While pursuing the visual impact of architectural form, architects also consider the role of psychological factors in the design. Window, as a basic element of building interior and exterior space, can not only reflect the functional characteristics of architecture but also be expressive, so it plays a very important role in expressing the psychological space of architecture. It is under the above background that this paper puts forward the optimization strategy by studying the window design of comfortable housing in Guangzhou, combining with the related disciplines such as gerontology, environmental psychology and so on, starting from the behavior characteristics and use needs of the elderly. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, the purpose and significance of the research, the current situation of the relevant research are comprehensively discussed, the development and trend of comfortable housing, the function of window on the physical and mental health of the elderly are introduced, and the object and scope of the research are defined. The second chapter includes the current situation and problems of comfortable housing in Guangzhou, the basic characteristics of the elderly and the design factors of windows. The third chapter, through the questionnaire survey, to understand the use of Guangzhou comfortable housing window evaluation and residents living desire and other practical information. The fourth chapter, through the household investigation, deeply understands Guangzhou comfortable housing window use question, summarizes and analyzes the current comfortable housing window design to the middle and old age use aspect gain and loss. The fifth chapter, for Guangzhou comfortable housing window optimization and appropriate aging strategy. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are given.
