城市气候图集绘制方法研究

【摘要】：城市可持续发展,已经成为全球共同关注的话题。随着我国城镇化进程的加快,城市气候问题日益突出。在全球气候变暖背景下,城市规划者及决策者需要从整体的战略角度考虑不断变化的气候因素给城市可持续发展带来的影响。国际上越来越多的城市正在创建属于自己的城市气候图集,这些图集也逐渐成为指导城市规划实践的工具。本研究中首先对城市气候图集的发展及有关概念加以解释说明,然后对德国斯图加特、日本东京和中国香港这三个城市气候图集的具体内容及绘制方法进行分析,并总结了绘制城市气候图集的一般方法,最后以上海城市总体规划编制工作为背景,提出了绘制城市气候图集的工作框架。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of cities has become a common topic of global concern. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, urban climate problems are becoming increasingly prominent. In the context of global warming, urban planners and decision makers need to consider the impact of changing climate factors on urban sustainable development from the overall strategic point of view. More and more cities in the world are creating their own urban climate atlas, and these atlases are becoming the tools to guide the practice of urban planning. In this study, the development and related concepts of urban climate atlas are explained, and then the detailed contents and drawing methods of the three urban climate atlases, namely Stuttgart, Germany, Tokyo, Japan and Hong Kong, China, are analyzed. The general method of drawing urban climate atlas is summarized. Finally, the working frame of urban climate atlas is put forward based on the general urban planning of Shanghai.
