基于精益建造的绿色施工管理模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着资源日益匮乏和环境不断恶化,作为资源消耗大户和环境污染大户的建筑业成为了人们关注的焦点。建设项目的全寿命周期中,施工阶段对资源的耗费和对环境的影响最为明显也最为直接。为实现建筑可持续发展,我国提出了“绿色施工”这一发展方向,它也成为目前工程建设项目的必然要求和建筑业发展的必然趋势。精益建造源于精益思想及其生产方式,是一种对顾客实现价值最大化、浪费最小化的施工管理模式。国外很多成功的精益建造的案例也证明了,采用精益建造进行施工管理比采用传统施工管理模式带来更大的质量效益、工期效益和经济效益。所以本文提出:将精益建造引入绿色施工中,建立一种基于精益建造的绿色施工管理模式。 本文首先阐述了国内外绿色施工和精益建造的研究现状,并对绿色施工和精益建造相关理论进行了系统论述;在此基础上分析绿色施工管理融入精益建造的可行性和基于精益建造的绿色施工管理模式的内涵,阐明精益建造为绿色施工带来的优势;随后,构建了基于精益建造的绿色施工管理模式,基于精益建造的绿色施工管理模式包含四个要素:基于精益建造的绿色施工管理目标、基于精益建造的绿色施工管理内容、基于精益建造的绿色施工管理流程、基于精益建造的绿色施工管理方法,并对基于精益建造的绿色施工管理模式的四个要素进行了更深层次的解析;在论文的结论部分,笔者总结了论文的主要工作和创新点,并进行了展望。 本文建立的基于精益建造的绿色施工管理模式,有助于减少施工阶段的资源浪费,减少对环境的影响,缩短工期,,提高质量,降低成本,提高业主满意度,对于提升我国建筑企业的绿色施工管理水平和企业核心竞争力具有一定的理论和应用价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing shortage of resources and the worsening of the environment, the construction industry, as a large consumer of resources and a major user of environmental pollution, has become the focus of attention. In the whole life cycle of the construction project, the construction stage has the most obvious and direct impact on the resource consumption and environment. In order to realize the sustainable development of construction, our country has put forward the development direction of "green construction", which has also become the inevitable requirement of the current engineering construction project and the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry. Lean construction comes from lean thought and its production mode. It is a construction management mode that maximizes customer value and minimizes waste. Many successful lean construction cases abroad also prove that the construction management of lean construction brings more quality benefit, time benefit and economic benefit than the traditional construction management mode. Therefore, this paper proposes that lean construction should be introduced into green construction, and a green construction management mode based on lean construction should be established. In this paper, the research status of green construction and lean construction at home and abroad is first expounded, and the related theories of green construction and lean construction are discussed systematically. On this basis, the feasibility of integrating green construction management into lean construction and the connotation of green construction management mode based on lean construction are analyzed, and the advantages of lean construction for green construction are expounded. The green construction management model based on lean construction is constructed. The green construction management mode based on lean construction contains four elements: the green construction management goal based on lean construction, the content of green construction management based on lean construction. The green construction management process based on lean construction, the green construction management method based on lean construction, and the four elements of green construction management mode based on lean construction are analyzed at a deeper level. The author summarizes the main work and innovation of the paper, and prospects. The green construction management model based on lean construction is helpful to reduce the waste of resources, reduce the impact on the environment, shorten the construction period, improve the quality, reduce the cost and improve the satisfaction of the owner. It has certain theoretical and applied value for improving the green construction management level and core competence of Chinese construction enterprises.
