半开放性居住小区的规划设计模式探讨

【摘要】:我国开启快速城市化进程后,居住区数量大幅增加,居住品质明显改善。但是,由于我国当前的居住区模式绝大多数为单一型封闭性住区,使得交通拥堵、环境污染、公共服务配套不均匀以及城市居民交往空间缺失等城市问题日渐凸显。分析我国居住区模式与城市规划的关系,从历史的纵向维度及地域的横向维度进行探索,对我国的居住区发展有积极的意义。 本文以居住小区的开放和封闭程度为研究对象,细致梳理了我国居住小区模式的理论起源及发展经历,将封闭性居住小区的弊端一一呈现。横向对比亚太区类同文化背景和经济水平的地区及城市,总结其成功的发展经验及失败的教训。引入开放街区、街道活力复兴及交通管制理念,结合现行居住小区模式,得出营造“半开放性”住区,提倡街区复合式开发,恢复街道活力等措施以解决当下城市问题的研究结论。
[Abstract]:After the rapid urbanization in China, the number of residential areas increased significantly and the living quality improved significantly. However, because most of the current residential areas in China are single closed residential areas, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, non-uniform public services and the lack of communication space between urban residents and other urban problems have become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the relationship between residential area mode and urban planning in our country, and explores the vertical dimension of history and the horizontal dimension of region, which is of positive significance to the development of residential area in our country. In this paper, the open and closed degree of residential area as the research object, carefully combing the theoretical origin and development experience of the residential district model in China, the closed residential district malpractice is presented one by one. Compare the regions and cities with similar cultural background and economic level in Asia-pacific region, and summarize their successful development experience and failure lessons. By introducing the concepts of open district, street vigor rejuvenation and traffic control, and combining with the current residential district model, it is concluded that the "semi-open" residential area should be built, and the compound development of the block should be advocated. Recovery of street vitality and other measures to solve the problem of the city under the conclusions of the study.
