高速电梯布置设计及电梯布置计算机辅助设计技术研究

【摘要】：电梯布置设计是电梯行业一个比较特殊的部分，这是由于电梯通常不是批量生产，而是一个合同对应一台电梯，是定制的产品。电梯的布置设计要根据具体的电梯项目进行，并贯穿整个电梯项目的始终，是保证电梯能够顺利生产，安装及使用的基础。本文针对O公司一个高速电梯项目进行电梯布置设计，并对电梯布置计算机辅助设计技术进行研究。主要工作如下： 1.概括介绍电梯及其布置设计相关知识，为高速电梯布置设计做好铺垫。 2.结合O公司具体项目，全面阐述高速曳引电梯设计全过程及主要问题，包括电梯井道部件设计与计算；电梯机房部件设计与计算；电梯立面部件设计与计算；电梯性能的保证与改进等。 3.对电梯布置计算机辅助设计技术进行研究，包括计算机辅助设计系统的结构及算法流程；三维实体的参数化设计及工程图纸转换；电梯布置优化设计等，并初步开发了一个电梯布置计算机辅助设计原型系统。本文设计的高速电梯项目已经投入实际使用，由于井道部件、机房部件和立面部件的合理配置，最大限度地利用了建筑空间，有效地提升了电梯的载客能力，并大幅度降低了噪音，提高了电梯的舒适感。电梯布置计算机辅助设计技术的研究与实施，，有助于缩短电梯布置设计时间，减少人为错误，提高电梯项目实施效率，进而提升公司的品牌形象。
[Abstract]:Elevator layout design is a relatively special part of the elevator industry, this is because the elevator is usually not mass production, but a contract for an elevator, is a customized product. The design of elevator layout should be carried out according to the specific elevator project and run through the whole elevator project all the time. It is the basis to ensure the smooth production installation and use of the elevator. In this paper, an elevator layout design is carried out for a high speed elevator project in O Company, and the computer aided design technology of elevator layout is studied. The main tasks are as follows: 1. This paper introduces the knowledge of elevator and its layout design, and paves the way for high-speed elevator layout design. 2. Combined with the specific project of O Company, the whole process and main problems of high-speed traction elevator design are expounded, including the design and calculation of elevator shaft parts, the design and calculation of elevator engine room components, the design and calculation of elevator facade parts, and the design and calculation of elevator facade parts. Elevator performance assurance and improvement. 3. The computer aided design technology of elevator layout is studied, including the structure and algorithm flow of the computer aided design system, the parameterized design of three-dimensional entity and the conversion of engineering drawings, the optimization design of elevator layout, etc. A prototype system of CAD for elevator layout is developed. The high speed elevator project designed in this paper has already been put into practical use. Due to the reasonable configuration of shaft parts, machine room components and facade parts, the building space is utilized to the maximum extent, and the lift carrying capacity is effectively enhanced. And greatly reduces the noise, improves the elevator comfortable feeling. The research and implementation of the computer-aided design technology of elevator layout will help to shorten the design time of elevator layout, reduce human error, improve the efficiency of elevator project implementation, and then enhance the brand image of the company.
