新建民用建筑节能评估方法的研究

【摘要】：论文根据国家《固定资产投资项目节能评估和审查暂行办法》2010第6号文，在武汉市新建民用建筑固定资产投资项目节能评估大量案例的基础上，参考国内外节能政策、标准规范、节能方法及节能措施，给出了适宜于民用建筑的评估依据、评估方法及能效测评方法。给出了建筑、暖通、空调、给排水、电气等各专业的节能评估要点并给出节能评估体系与评分权重。给出了民用建筑各用能系统能耗的测算方法，，讨论了民用建筑各系统能耗的影响因子以及累计负荷指标法、温频（度日）法、单位面积负荷指标法、设备法用于新建项目测算能耗的适宜性。通过各种方法与现行值的比对，得出了各类能耗的计算公式、指标及系数，并给出能效水平的简易评估方法。针对武汉市的气候、日照、水文地质等特点，根据我国《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2006，从全生命周期讨论了能评前后适宜于主、被动式节能技术措施，讨论了可再生能源应用。并运用实例讨论相应节能措施的技术经济分析方法及应用效果，论证论文给出的评估方法的可靠性与实用性。论文的研究有利于规范新建民用建筑的评估，有利于国家及武汉市测算新建民用建筑的能耗。
[Abstract]:According to the text No. 6 of 2010, the paper refers to the domestic and foreign energy-saving policies on the basis of a large number of cases of energy conservation evaluation of the fixed assets investment projects of new civil buildings in Wuhan. Standard specification, energy saving method and energy saving measure, the evaluation basis, evaluation method and energy efficiency evaluation method suitable for civil building are given. The main points of energy conservation evaluation for buildings, HVAC, air conditioning, water supply and sewerage, electricity and so on are given, and the energy saving evaluation system and scoring weight are also given. This paper gives the energy consumption calculation method of various energy use systems in civil buildings, discusses the influence factors and accumulative load index method, temperature frequency method, unit area load index method of each system energy consumption of civil building. Equipment method is used to measure the suitability of energy consumption for new projects. By comparing various methods with the current values, the formulas, indexes and coefficients of various energy consumption are obtained, and a simple method for evaluating the energy efficiency level is given. According to the characteristics of climate, sunshine, hydrogeology and so on in Wuhan, according to the evaluation standard of green building in China (GB / T 50378-2006), this paper discusses the technical measures suitable for active and passive energy saving before and after energy evaluation in the whole life cycle, and discusses the application of renewable energy. An example is used to discuss the technical and economic analysis method and its application effect of the corresponding energy saving measures, and the reliability and practicability of the evaluation method given in this paper are demonstrated. The research of this paper is helpful to standardize the evaluation of new civil buildings and to calculate the energy consumption of new civil buildings in Wuhan and our country.
