澳门城市形态特色及保护策略研究

【摘要】：澳门,以面积计算的确只是中国的一个“小地方”。然而,考察其历史发展过程,不难发现澳门其实并不“小”。在三四百年前的地图上,当像新加坡等著名港口城市还未标注时,澳门早已是享誉世界的重要的亚洲城市。现如今的澳门是中国两个特别行政区之一,享有“一国两制”、“高度自治”等的特殊待遇。澳门城市的独特韵味,源于它是中国较早允许西方人定居的半岛,亦是唯一一个延续四百年的,以西方人及西方管理模式为主导的城市。文化是塑造城市特色的核心,假如隔断城市文化的延续,那城市发展就会陷入千篇一律的发展浪潮中,再也无法挽回。澳门拥有独特的“边缘文化”,拥有其它城市无法效仿的财富。澳门政府在保护的基础上,让其发挥最大的价值,让它在良好的环境中向着健康的方向自由发展。本文以多个澳门具体保护项目为依托,结合国内外研究成果,理论联系实际,分析澳门城市形态特色及保护策略的发展现状。从城市历史文化保护背景入手,以典型实例为研究对象,阐述其保护策略和特色保护工作对于城市发展的积极作用。探讨城市特色保护的重要性,为国内的保护规划工作提供经验借鉴。论文由四个章节和结语部分组成。第一章为绪论部分,介绍了本文的研究背景、目的、意义、论文的组成方法以及国内外相关研究的综述。第二章从历史城市保护学角度入手,介绍了历史城市保护学的发展概况及澳门历史文化遗产保护的发展现况。第三章详细介绍了澳门的历史城市的发展概况及成因,分析了澳门的文脉渊源,并对澳门城市现状进行了详尽的阐述。第四章比较了我国大陆地区历史城市保护与澳门地区历史街区的管理状况,并从宏观与微观的视角介绍了澳门半岛地区的历史街区、古建筑、广场等的保护工作。结语总结了澳门城市形态特色的保护价值和成就,展望澳门城市今后的发展方向,希望对国内相关历史城市保护工作可提供参考作用。
[Abstract]:Macao is indeed a small place in China in terms of area. However, it is not difficult to find that Macao is not "small" after examining its historical development process. On the map three or four hundred years ago, Macao was already a world-renowned Asian city when famous port cities like Singapore were not marked. Macao is now one of the two special administrative regions of China, enjoying special treatment of "one country, two systems" and "a high degree of autonomy." The unique flavor of the Macao city stems from the fact that it was the peninsula on which westerners were allowed to settle in China earlier, and the only one that lasted for four hundred years and was dominated by Westerners and Western management models. Culture is the core of shaping urban characteristics. If the continuation of urban culture is separated, urban development will fall into the same wave of development and can never be retrieved. Macao has a unique "marginal culture" with wealth that other cities cannot emulate. On the basis of protection, the Macao government gives full play to its value and makes it develop freely in a healthy environment. Based on many concrete protection projects in Macao, combined with the domestic and foreign research results, this paper analyzes the development status of Macao's urban morphology and protection strategies by combining theory with practice. Starting with the background of urban historical and cultural protection and taking typical examples as the research object, this paper expounds the positive effect of the protection strategy and characteristic protection work on the urban development. This paper discusses the importance of urban characteristic protection and provides experience for domestic protection planning. The thesis consists of four chapters and conclusion. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, purpose, significance, composition of the paper and domestic and foreign related research. The second chapter introduces the development of historical city conservation and the current situation of Macao's historical and cultural heritage protection from the perspective of historical city conservation. The third chapter introduces the development and causes of Macao's historical city in detail, analyzes the origin of Macao's cultural context, and expounds the present situation of Macao's cities in detail. The fourth chapter compares the protection of historical cities in mainland China with the management of historical blocks in Macao, and introduces the protection of historical blocks, ancient buildings and squares in the Macao Peninsula from the macro and micro perspectives. The conclusion summarizes the conservation value and achievements of Macao's urban features, looks forward to the future development of Macao's cities, and hopes to provide a reference for the protection of historical cities in China.
