辽宁建筑业可持续发展水平评价研究

【摘要】:近几年,城镇化与基础设施建设愈发得到重视,大力推动了建筑业的发展,进而促进了国民经济的增长,奠定了建筑业在国民经济当中的重要地位。为了更加充分地发挥其服务和带动作用,建筑业应该以协调可持续为指导,力争将经济、社会、生态三个方面的效益进行有效统一,为建筑业发展提供持续动力。 建筑业的协调持续发展是一个繁杂的复合系统,同时受到经济、社会、资源与环境等众多因素的影响。目前国内外对建筑业可持续发展的研究主要侧重于资源与生态两个方面,其研究成果实用性不高。本文以辽宁建筑业为研究对象,探究建筑业可持续发展的系统要素与驱动机理,开发建筑业可持续发展评价指标体系与方法模型,以期为推动辽宁建筑业与整个国民经济的可持续发展提供有益的参考。 本文首先介绍了文章的研究背景,论述了文章的研究目的及意义,分析了国内外的相关研究,阐述了可持续发展的涵义,并引出建筑业可持续发展这一概念。然后在上述的理论支撑下,以辽宁省建筑业为研究对象,分析总结影响建筑业可持续发展的因素,结合可持续发展理论、按照指标体系的设计原则和建立方法,选择对建筑业可持续发展影响较大的关键因素,利用层次分析法确定了适用于建筑业可持续发展的评价指标体系之后,又对评价指标体系进行进一步的细化与无量纲的处理。从资源、经济、社会、环境四个层面对建筑业可持续发展进行考评,体现了建筑业可持续发展实现经济增长、社会发展与生态环境和谐共同、互利涡合的发展宗旨和本质内涵。 其次本文为了保证评价活动的客观性,以严谨科学原则为指导,详细研究了层次分析法、多层模糊综合评价方法以及协调度评价方法,建立了建筑业可持续发展多层模糊综合评价体系,采用模糊综合评价法和变化协调度法对辽宁建筑业可持续发展水平及系统内部协调度进行了评价,得出辽宁建筑业可持续发展所处的位置,为辽宁省制定相应的建筑业发展决策提供了依据。 最后在综合评价结果的基础上,对辽宁建筑业进行进一步的分析,提出促进辽宁建筑业可持续发展的对策与措施,指导辽宁建筑业更好更快地发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to urbanization and infrastructure construction, which has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry, thus promoted the growth of the national economy, and established the important position of the construction industry in the national economy. In order to give full play to its service and leading role, the construction industry should take the coordinated and sustainable as the guidance, strive to unify the economic, social and ecological benefits effectively, and provide the sustainable power for the development of the construction industry. The coordinated and sustainable development of the construction industry is a complex and complex system, which is influenced by many factors, such as economy, society, resources and environment. At present, the research on sustainable development of construction industry at home and abroad is mainly focused on resources and ecology, and its research results are not practical. Taking Liaoning construction industry as the research object, this paper probes into the system elements and driving mechanism of sustainable development of construction industry, and develops the evaluation index system and method model of sustainable development of construction industry. In order to promote Liaoning construction industry and the sustainable development of the national economy to provide a useful reference. This paper first introduces the research background, discusses the purpose and significance of the research, analyzes the related research at home and abroad, expounds the meaning of sustainable development, and leads to the concept of sustainable development in the construction industry. Then, under the support of the above theory, taking Liaoning construction industry as the research object, this paper analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect the sustainable development of the construction industry, and combines the theory of sustainable development, according to the design principles and establishment methods of the index system. After selecting the key factors which have a great influence on the sustainable development of the construction industry, the evaluation index system suitable for the sustainable development of the construction industry is determined by AHP, and then the evaluation index system is further refined and dimensionless. The sustainable development of construction industry is evaluated from four aspects of resources, economy, society and environment, which embodies the aim and essential connotation of sustainable development of construction industry to realize economic growth, harmony between social development and ecological environment, mutual benefit and mutual benefit. Secondly, in order to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation activities, this paper, guided by rigorous scientific principles, studies in detail the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the coordination degree evaluation method. A multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for sustainable development of construction industry is established. The sustainable development level of Liaoning construction industry and the degree of coordination within the system are evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and change coordination degree method. The position of sustainable development of construction industry in Liaoning Province is obtained, which provides the basis for making corresponding decision making of construction industry development in Liaoning Province. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation results, the author makes further analysis on Liaoning construction industry, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to promote the sustainable development of Liaoning construction industry so as to guide Liaoning construction industry to develop better and faster.
