盐水湿地“生物—生态”景观修复设计与生态工法研究

【摘要】:对于盐水湿地的景观生态修复研究与实践,恢复湿地水体的自净能力是保证盐水湿地生态环境健康的基础。生物-生态修复技术是基于环境生物技术发展而来的,研究并将生物—生态技术应用于盐水湿地的景观生态修复中主要是利用微生物、植物、动物等生物体的生命活动,通过自然界食物网中的物质交换与能量流动达到转移水体污染物、降解富营养化,最终实现水体自净的目的。本文在总结分析生物生态学家研究成果的基础上,对盐水湿地健康生态系统的内涵、修复技术、生态工法和评估进行了理论研究和实践应用。 (1)从盐水湿地的水文特征、理化参数、形态构造等方面对其生态环境与健康系统进行分析,,提出健康并永续发展的盐水湿地生态系统应包括流域生态、湿地健康、社会经济三方面内容。 (2)基于对盐水湿地生态平衡的破坏原因、水质污染程度、生态的可修复性等关系的分析,研究并实践适应盐水湿地生态修复的措施和工程方法。在湿地生态修复技术的研究基础之上构建适合盐水湿地生态多样性修复的生物-生态修复技术的理论框架,提出适合我国国情的盐水湿地修复内容和方法。 (3)以生物学、生态学理论为基础研究盐水湿地中的食物链修复与栖息地设计。基于数据调研,确定盐水湿地物种群落、量化设计数据以指导景观修复中对于各类型栖息地规模和方式的控制。在已有生态工法的基础上,结合食物链修复与栖息地设计创新在不同环境条件下的盐水湿地生态工法。
[Abstract]:For the study and practice of landscape ecological restoration of saline wetland, the restoration of self-purification ability of wetland water body is the basis to ensure the ecological environment health of saline wetland. Bio-ecological restoration technology is based on the development of environmental biotechnology. The research and application of bio-ecological technology in the landscape ecological restoration of saline wetland is mainly to utilize the life activities of organisms such as microorganisms, plants, animals and so on. Through the material exchange and energy flow in the natural food web, the water pollutants are transferred, the eutrophication is degraded, and the water body self-purification is realized. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research results of biological ecologists, this paper makes theoretical research and practical application on the connotation, restoration technology, ecological engineering method and evaluation of saltwater wetland healthy ecosystem. 1) the ecological environment and health system of saline wetland were analyzed from the aspects of hydrological characteristics, physical and chemical parameters, morphology and structure, etc. It was suggested that the healthy and sustainable development of saline wetland ecosystem should include watershed ecology, wetland health, and so on. Three aspects of social and economic content. 2) based on the analysis of the relationship among the ecological balance of saline wetland, the degree of water pollution and the repairability of the ecosystem, the measures and engineering methods to adapt to the ecological restoration of saline wetland are studied and practiced. Based on the research of wetland ecological restoration technology, the theoretical framework of bio-ecological restoration technology suitable for brine wetland ecological diversity restoration is constructed, and the contents and methods of brine wetland restoration suitable for China's national conditions are put forward. Based on the theory of biology and ecology, food chain restoration and habitat design in saline wetland were studied. Based on the data investigation, the species community of saline wetland was determined, and the quantitative design data were designed to guide the control of the scale and mode of each type of habitat in landscape restoration. On the basis of the existing ecological engineering methods, the saline wetland ecological engineering method under different environmental conditions was innovated in combination with food chain restoration and habitat design.
