    前言：随着国民经济对石油石化产品需求的增加和加入WTO后中国对外国石油石化企业进入国内油品分销市场限制的放松,众多国外石油石化企业看好中国石油石化市场。中国石油石化企业面临国际大公司的竞争。为揭示中国石油石化产业的国际竞争力,本文主要作了一下工作:①结合石油石化产业的经营特点,在比较分析已有产业竞争力评价方法的基础上,认为波特教授的“钻石模型”和价值链分析法等竞争力分析范式是分析中国石油石化产业国际竞争力理想的选择;②运用“钻石模型”分析了影响中国石油石化产业国际竞争力的因素,指出中国石油石化产业发展具有良好的资源、消费市场和劳动力基础,但技术、管理水平较低;③根据石油石化产业是一个集油气开采、炼化、销售以及辅助性服务等为一体的纵向一体化非常明显的产业特点,用价值链分析法分别分析了我国石油石化产业上游、中游、下游、辅助支持部门以及产业整体的竞争力,得出了从总体实力上讲,我国石油石化产业已经具备了一定的国际竞争力,但与国外大的石油石化企业相比竞争力依然较弱的结论。最后提出了提高我国石油石化产业国际竞争力的措施。
