煤层气井管杆偏磨的因素及防治技术探讨

【摘要】:随着我国煤层气勘探开发的日益深入,采气井抽采时间的延长、井下工况越来越复杂,煤层气井管杆偏磨的现象也日益严重。针对这一现状,分析研究煤层气井管杆偏磨的成因探寻有效的防治措施对于延长井下管杆的使用寿命有着重要的意义。本文从管杆偏磨的危害切入,分析抽油杆的受力、影响管杆偏磨的主要因素,提出相应的措施,希望能够对解决管杆偏磨问题起到借鉴的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of exploration and development of coalbed methane in China, the phenomenon of eccentric wear of CBM well tubing is becoming more and more serious due to the prolongation of extraction time and downhole working conditions. In view of this situation, it is of great significance to analyze and study the causes of eccentric wear of CBM well tubing and explore effective prevention measures for prolonging the service life of downhole pipe poles. Based on the harm of tube side wear, this paper analyzes the main factors of the sucker rod's stress and the eccentric wear of pipe rod, and puts forward the corresponding measures, hoping to play a reference role in solving the problem of eccentric wear of tubing and rod.
