页岩气井油层套管受力分析及应力分布计算研究

【摘要】:页岩气是未来石油资源的理想接替能源。然而,我国的页岩气勘探技术还处于起步阶段,与国外发达国家的页岩气勘探技术相差甚远。水平井钻井技术和压裂技术是页岩气勘探开发的关键技术。页岩气的开采需进行大规模的、多级的压裂,而这种高强度的压裂施工可能会对套管损坏造成一定的影响。套管损坏严重,可以导致一口井的报废,给钻井带来巨大的经济损失,因此,对水平段油层套管进行受力分析,研究其管壁应力分布状态对预防套管损坏有很重要的工程实际意义。本文在大量调研国内外相关文献的基础上,分别从地质因素和工程因素入手,对造成套管损坏的因素进行了详细分析。此外,专门针对页岩气井后期的储层改造措施对套管损坏的影响作了一定的调研分析。鉴于上述对套管损坏因素的分析,本文首先针对页岩气井油层套管壁厚较大的特点,分别采用厚壁圆筒和薄壁圆筒理论模型,对页岩气井水平段油层套管进行受力分析,然后对焦石坝地区几口页岩气井水平段油层套管进行应力计算,比对两种理论在相同力学情况下,套管应力分布的差异。其次,借助ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,建立地层—水泥环—套管有限元分析模型,针对页岩气井后期压裂过程中,地层岩石性能和应力场的变化对套管应力分布的影响进行了有限元仿真模拟,分析其对套管损坏程度的影响;同时,对水平段油层套管偏心问题作了一定的分析,仿真模拟了其对套管应力分布的影响,然后分析其对套管损坏程度的影响。最后,在理论计算及有限元仿真模拟的基础上,结合中石化西南石油工程公司所施工的永川页岩气M井的地质资料及油层套管设计相关数据,对可能引起的导致该井油层套管损坏的地质因素和工程因素做出一定的预测分析,并对该井的水平段油层套管设计提出了一定的参考意见。
[Abstract]:Shale gas is the ideal alternative energy for future petroleum resources. However, shale gas exploration technology in China is still in the initial stage, and a far cry from the shale gas exploration technology in developed countries. Horizontal drilling techniques and fracturing technology is a key technology for shale gas exploration and development of shale gas exploitation. The need for large-scale, multi the fracturing and fracturing of the high strength may cause a certain impact on the casing damage. The casing damage is serious, can lead to scrap a well drilling, to bring huge economic losses, therefore, the force analysis of the horizontal section of the casing, on the pipe wall stress distribution is very important practical significance for the prevention of casing damage. Based on a large amount of research on the related literature, starting from geological factors and engineering factors, the factors causing casing damage in detail Analysis. In addition, specifically for shale gas reservoirs later made some analysis of the research on influence of casing damage. In view of the above factors on casing damage analysis, aiming at the shale gas well casing wall thickness larger features respectively using thick walled cylinder and cylinder model, the force analysis of the shale gas well casing on the horizontal section, then coke dam area wells horizontal section casing stress calculation, comparison of two theories in the same mechanical condition, the stress distribution of the casing. Secondly, using ANSYS finite element analysis software Workbench, establish the stratum cement casing finite element analysis model in the late, shale gas well fracturing process, rock properties and stress field changes impact on the stress distribution of casing were analyzed by finite element simulation, the analysis of casing The influence of damage; at the same time, in the horizontal section of casing eccentricity is analysed and simulated the stress distribution of the casing, and then analyzes its influence on casing damage degree. Finally, simulation based on theoretical calculation and finite element simulation, the design data of geological data and casing Yongchuan shale gas well M with Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Engineering Company in the construction, make some analysis of the prediction of likely caused by geological factors of the well casing damage and engineering factors, and puts forward some reference opinions on casing design of horizontal section of this well.
