【摘要】:为了保证油田稳产、高产的同时补充地层的能量,我国大多数油田都采用注水开采为主要开采方式。但是地层具有非均质性,因此对地层笼统注水,效率不高。这就需要对油层合理划分,进行分层注水,将水符合要求的分配到各层段。对油田注水时,常以流体的流动规律为分层注水的理论指导。本文将注水井中的流动分为配水器节流、井筒管流和地层渗流,分别研究了它们各自的流动规律和考虑了周围井网的影响下三者的耦合流动。在井筒管流的研究中,运用伯努利方程,建立了各层配水器嘴前压力和井口压力的关系式;在研究配水器节流时,对配水器中的流动进行数值模拟,发现注入量的平方和水嘴的总压损失成正比;在研究地层渗流时,计算了定流量注入的无限大地层中,垂直裂缝井、考虑井筒半径的直井和不考虑井筒半径的直井的井底压力表达式。最后综合考虑三种流动,得出了每层注入量与井口压力及每层水嘴直径的关系式。通过理论分析,给出了一种具体的流量调配方法,即升压法。为了提高现场水嘴调配的效率,减轻操作员的劳动强度,开展了一系列的室内试验。通过对注水井井筒内流体不稳定流动运动方程的建立,确定井筒内压力分布规律。设计加工室内水嘴试验装置,进行水嘴局部阻力系数和流量系数规律的实验,从而建立嘴损关系曲线。编制出水嘴调配软件,实现快速、合理调配水嘴,建立合理的注水井工作制度。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the stable oil production, high yield and energy supplement formation, most of the oil fields in China are used as the main way of water flooding exploitation. But the formation heterogeneity, so the formation of commingled water injection, the efficiency is not high. This requires a reasonable division of the reservoir, by stratified water, water will meet the requirements of the assigned to each layer. For the injection, often to the law of fluid flow theory of layered water injection. In this paper the injection well flow is divided into water throttle, wellbore flow and reservoir seepage, respectively to study their respective flow law and taking into account the influence of coupling flow pattern around the three in. Study on wellbore flow, using the Bernoulli equation, the equation of each layer of water regulator mouth pressure and wellhead pressure; in the study of water distribution throttle, numerical simulation of the flow in the water distributor, found the injection quantity The total pressure loss is proportional to the square and tap; on percolation, constant flow into the calculation of infinite formation in vertical fractured well, considering the vertical well bore radius and does not consider the expression of bottom hole pressure of vertical well bore radius. Finally, considering the three kinds of flow, the relationship between each layer of injection the amount and type of wellhead pressure and nozzle diameter of each layer. Through theoretical analysis, the paper proposes a flow allocation method, namely boosting method. In order to improve the efficiency of field water allocation, reduce the labor intensity of the operator, carried out a series of laboratory tests. Through the establishment of water injection wellbore fluid unsteady flow inside the equations of motion, determine the pressure distribution within the wellbore. Design and processing of indoor tap test device, tap the local resistance coefficient and flow coefficient of the experiment, so as to establish the pressure curve. For water faucet Distribution software is used to realize rapid and reasonable allocation of water nozzle and establish a reasonable working system for water injection wells.
