【摘要】:钳位式排流器在管道交流干扰防护中应用广泛,但目前管道业界少见对钳位式排流器工作原理的讨论,在其应用中存在诸多误解。基于钳位式排流器内部结构,结合现场检测数据,探讨了钳位式排流器对管地交流电压的缓解,及其对阴极保护通电电位和极化的影响,分析了钳位式排流中地床材料与管道电位差对管道通电电位的影响,澄清了目前业界对该设备的误解,钳位式排流器不具备隔断直流的功能,其对阴极保护的补充作用有待进一步研究确认。采用钳位式排流器后,管道通电电位可能会出现负向偏移、正向偏移或不偏移3种情况,而偏移方向和程度与排流地床/管道之间的电位差密切相关。
[Abstract]:Clamped drain is widely used in pipeline AC interference protection, but there are few discussions on the working principle of clamped drain in pipeline industry at present, and there are many misunderstandings in its application, based on the internal structure of clamped drain. Based on the field test data, the mitigation of the clamped drain to the AC voltage of the tube and the influence on the current potential and polarization of the cathodic protection are discussed. The influence of the potential difference between the ground bed material and the pipeline on the pipeline electrification potential in the clamped drainage is analyzed. The misunderstanding of the equipment in the industry is clarified. The clamped drain does not have the function of separating the DC. The complementary role of cathodic protection needs to be further studied and confirmed. After the use of clamped drain, there may be negative migration, positive migration or no migration of pipeline electrification potential. The deviation direction and degree are closely related to the potential difference between the drainage bed and pipeline.
