【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,石油的现有开采量越来越难以满足市场的需要,而且老油田的不断开采导致开采的难度不断加大,提高石油的产量成为石油行业的重要研究课题,因此本课题以石油增产为背景,借助于虚拟现实技术,针对石油增产工艺流程进行了三维模拟仿真,为石油增产过程建立可视化直观的模拟仿真结果,对石油增产过程的实施具有非常重要的指导意义并为其提供理论依据。本论文选取石油开采生产工艺流程为研究对象,确定了该生产过程的最终工艺流程图,对该流程中使用到的化工设备的几何形状和功能进行了分析和简化,创建了对应设备的三维虚拟模型,着重于化工单元设备的几何建模、可装配性单元设备的设计、普适的连接方式设计、交互方式等进行了讨论和探究,制定了虚拟装配的规则和约束条件,在设定的约束条件下,构建了非常逼真的石油增产虚拟漫游仿真环境,并使用具有健壮性的场景结构图对该三维虚拟环境进行管理,该场景根节点下有三个子节点场景节点、装配台节点和克隆台节点场景节点专门为渲染三维虚拟场景服务的,后两个节点以及它们的子节点是装配过程中的主要操作对象,基于已知的约束条件和新的算法对这些节点进行转化和变换,实现化工生产线的准确、真实、智能的虚拟装配。另外在石油增产物理模型的基础上建立了增产弹爆燃的动力学模型和温度场扩散模型,并利用计算机进行了数值求解,结合三维虚拟仿真技术对仿真结果可视化的演绎出来,绘制出了爆燃泄压段的温度场的三维动态分布图,为石油增产作了重要铺垫。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, it is more and more difficult to meet the needs of the market because of the existing oil production, and the continuous exploitation of the old oil field leads to the increasing difficulty of exploitation. Increasing the output of oil has become an important research topic in the petroleum industry. Therefore, with the background of increasing production of oil and virtual reality technology, the three-dimensional simulation for the process of increasing oil production has been carried out. Visual and visual simulation results are established for the process of increasing oil production. This paper selects the petroleum production process as the research object and determines the final process flow chart of the production process. The geometric shape and function of the chemical equipment used in the process are analyzed and simplified, and the 3D virtual model of the corresponding equipment is established, with emphasis on the geometric modeling of the chemical unit equipment. The design of assemblable unit equipment, universal connection mode design, interaction mode and so on are discussed and explored, and the rules and constraints of virtual assembly are established under the set constraint conditions. A very realistic virtual roaming simulation environment for oil production is constructed, and the robust scene structure diagram is used to manage the 3D virtual environment. There are three child node scene nodes under the root node of the scene. Assembly node and clone node scene node is dedicated to rendering three-dimensional virtual scene nodes, the latter two nodes and their children are the main operation objects in the assembly process. Based on the known constraints and new algorithms, these nodes are transformed and transformed to realize the accuracy and reality of the chemical production line. In addition, based on the physical model of increasing oil production, the dynamic model and the diffusion model of temperature field were established, and the numerical solution was carried out by computer. Based on the visualization of the simulation results, the three-dimensional dynamic distribution of the temperature field in the deflagration pressure relief section is drawn, which makes an important foreshadowing for the increase of oil production.
