大庆油田取换套防钙侵修井液体系研究

【摘要】:大庆油田开发展进程表明,随着大庆油田的深度开采,工程因素和地质因素的共同作用,大庆油水井套管出现不同程度、不同形态的损坏,由于长垣内部油层距离嫩二段近,长期生产、固井质量、存在断层等问题易造成部分油水井嫩二段套损,现已形成喇7-30和南一区西部复杂成片套损区。针对严重的套损情况,取换套施工井逐年增加,并且取换套是唯一能够满足重建油水井井身结构的修井工艺。但取套施工过程存在,套铣造浆快的大段泥岩的地层时,修井液粘度和切力急剧升高;套铣扩眼和钻塞时,水泥侵加重,造成修井液粘度和切力升高加快,钙侵严重时需调配或更换修井液,造成修井液的流失,延长了施工周期的问题。本文在调研分析取套施工工程地质特征的基础上,通过大量的室内实验,合理调整修井液配方,对取换套防钙侵修井液体系进行系统研究。研究结果表明,新型修井液体系,在抑制包被能力、抗钙侵能力、降滤失性和抗污染能力等方面都有显著提高。可以很好的解决取套施工过程中修井液钙侵、井壁失稳、减少阻卡等问题,降低复杂情况及事故发生率,为大庆油田取换套施工提供了很好的技术保障。
[Abstract]:The development process of Daqing Oilfield shows that with the deep exploitation of Daqing Oilfield, the joint action of engineering and geological factors, the casing of Daqing oil-water well appears different degrees and different forms of damage. Due to the long term production, the quality of cementing and the existence of faults, the inner reservoir of the Placanticline is close to the second stage of the Nen formation, which can easily cause the casing damage of the second stage of the oil and water wells. The complex casing damage area has been formed in La 7-30 and the western part of South one area. In view of the serious casing damage situation, the number of casing replacement wells is increasing year by year. And changing the casing is the only workover technology which can meet the needs of rebuilding the wellbore structure of oil and water wells, but the viscosity and shear force of the workover fluid increase sharply when the casing takes place in the process of casing extraction and the formation of large mudstone with quick casing milling and slurry making. When casing milling reaming and drilling plug, cement invasion is aggravated, which results in the increase of viscosity and shear force of workover fluid. When calcium invasion is serious, the workover fluid needs to be adjusted or replaced, resulting in the loss of workover fluid. On the basis of investigation and analysis of the geological characteristics of jacketed construction engineering, through a large number of laboratory experiments, the formula of workover fluid is adjusted reasonably. The research results show that the new workover fluid system can restrain the coating ability and resist the calcium invasion ability. It can solve the problems such as calcium invasion of workover fluid, instability of shaft wall, reduction of blocking and so on, and reduce the incidence of complex situations and accidents. It provides a good technical guarantee for Daqing Oilfield.
