【摘要】:在石油完井过程中,二界面的封固质量关系着油井的使用寿命、压裂施工和采油效率,而不同偏心度下的二界面水泥浆冲刷能力和胶结强度是影响二界面整体胶结质量的两个重要因素,因此开展针对不同偏心度水泥浆二界面切应力的数值计算和胶结强度的实验研究,对于油田优选水泥浆体系,提高固井质量,具有工程实际意义。在水泥浆偏心环空中层流流动控制方程的基础上,给出了偏心条件下水泥浆二界面切应力的计算公式及相应的数值计算方法。以吉林油田韧性、微膨胀、防窜三种水泥浆为例,数值计算了不同偏心度下上述三种水泥浆二界面切应力,通过切应力的分析,评价了上述三种水泥浆的井眼净化能力。用自制的天然砂岩井眼模型,进行了偏心条件下水泥浆二界面胶结强度室内实验,并通过实验结果分析,评价了上述三种水泥浆二界面整体胶结强度。通过偏心条件下上述三种水泥浆二界面切应力的数值计算和胶结强度的室内实验结果分析和评价,实现了上述三种水泥浆的优选,其优选次序分别为微膨胀、防窜、韧性水泥浆。
[Abstract]:In the process of oil completion, the sealing quality of the two interfaces is related to the service life of the well, the fracturing operation and the oil recovery efficiency. At different eccentricity, the two interface cement slurry scouring ability and cementing strength are two important factors that affect the quality of the two interface integral cementing. Therefore, the numerical calculation of the shear stress at the second interface of the cement slurry with different eccentricity and the experimental study of the cementing strength are carried out to improve the cementing quality for the selected cement slurry system in the oilfield. Based on the governing equation of laminar flow in eccentric annulus of cement slurry. The calculation formula of shear stress at the second interface of cement slurry under eccentric condition and the corresponding numerical calculation method are given. Taking three kinds of cement slurry in Jilin Oilfield as examples: toughness, micro-expansion and anti-channeling. Through the analysis of shear stress, the borehole purification ability of the three kinds of cement slurry is evaluated. The self-made natural sandstone wellbore model is used to calculate the shear stress of the three kinds of cement slurry with different eccentricity. The cementing strength of cement slurry with two interfaces was tested in laboratory under eccentric condition, and the results were analyzed. The overall cementing strength of the two interfaces of the three kinds of cement slurry is evaluated. The numerical calculation of the shear stress at the two interfaces of the three kinds of cement slurry under eccentric conditions and the analysis and evaluation of the experimental results of the cementing strength in laboratory are carried out. The optimal selection of the three kinds of cement slurry mentioned above is realized, and the optimal selection order is micro-expansion, anti-channeling and ductile cement slurry respectively.
