【摘要】:QHD32-6油田属于海上稠油油田,随着油田采出程度的提高,油井出水问题越来越严重。由于QHD32-6油田平台空间小、作业周期短、开发成本高、地质条件复杂、综合含水率高等问题增大了堵水难度。本文通过研究几种常见选择性堵剂体系在QHD32-6油田油藏条件下的成胶情况,筛选出成胶性能较好的AMPS交联体系,分别考察了聚合物浓度和交联剂浓度对成胶性能的影响从而优化堵剂配方(0.05%~0.1%AMPS+0.4%~0.6%Cr3+)。通过实验考察了p H值、配制水矿化度、温度等因素对交联体系成胶性能的影响,结果表明AMPS交联体系在QHD32-6油藏条件下具有稳定性和适应性。采用填砂管流动实验考察了堵剂的注入性、封堵性、油水选择性和耐冲刷性,结果表明AMPS交联体系在油藏条件下具有良好的封堵性能。选择性堵剂作用机理的研究表明堵剂主要通过聚合物的静态吸附、捕集、物理堵塞和动态滞留作用实现堵水不堵油。根据QHD32-6油田北区B21油井基本情况,优化设计了该井的堵水工艺参数:封堵半径为12~15m,设计了两个段塞组合注入堵剂从而减少堵剂用量。
[Abstract]:QHD32-6 oil field belongs to offshore heavy oil field. With the improvement of oilfield production degree, the problem of oil well effluent becomes more and more serious. Because of the small platform space of QHD32-6 oilfield, the operation period is short. The problems of high development cost, complex geological conditions and high comprehensive water cut increase the difficulty of water shutoff. In this paper, the gelation of several common selective plugging agent systems in QHD32-6 oilfield reservoir is studied. The AMPS crosslinking system with good gelling property was screened out. The effects of polymer concentration and crosslinking agent concentration on the gelation properties were investigated, respectively, so as to optimize the plugging agent formula 0.05 and 0.1 amps 0.4% 0.6Cr3). The pH value was investigated experimentally. The effects of water salinity, temperature and other factors on the gelling properties of the crosslinked system. The results show that AMPS crosslinking system has stability and adaptability in QHD32-6 reservoir. The injectivity, plugging property, oil-water selectivity and scour resistance of the plugging agent are investigated by sand pipe flow test. The results show that the AMPS crosslinking system has good plugging performance under reservoir conditions, and the mechanism of selective plugging agent shows that the plugging agent is mainly adsorbed by the static adsorption of polymer. According to the basic conditions of B21 well in the north part of QHD32-6 oilfield, the water plugging process parameters of this well are optimized and designed: the plugging radius is 12 ~ 15m. A combination of two slugs was designed to inject plugging agent to reduce the amount of plugging agent.
