【摘要】:金属套管广泛应用于石油的开采作业,受地层物质、高温高压环境等因素的长期影响,套管腐蚀甚至穿孔现象成为了必然。因此,准确检测金属套管的腐蚀程度具有实际价值与现实意义。“金属套管检测仪近场单元及数据处理设计”是国家某重大科技专项的子课题,其目的是设计能精确反映出金属套管属性的方法,为准确检测套管缺陷及计算壁厚提供可靠的数据依据。本文基于近场涡流电磁场理论,并从实际测井环境出发,完成了检测仪器近场单元的硬件电路与软件设计,实现了金属套管属性的反演算法。本文首先简要阐述检测仪近场单元的近场涡流理论,并依此理论给出实际工程的双线圈参数设计;接着建立金属管道内近场区域线圈传播阻抗理论模型,并从阻抗表达式中剥离出金属管道电磁属性相关量表达式;然后,借助有限元仿真软件ANSYS模拟近场涡流实验环境,建立近场涡流传播阻抗理论数据库,并利用MATLAB计算传播阻抗理论值;其次,在工程化研制中,结合理论实际,对发射信号与接收信号进行调理,并以放大滤波等模拟信号处理为辅,以FPGA+DSP数字信号处理为核心,准确地测量出发射信号与接收信号的相位差;最后针对测量相位差与传播阻抗理论值的关系,对数据拟合分析,阐述了LM+QN和LS-SVR反演算法,并以实际测井数据反演出测量管道的内径、磁导率等相关物理属性,验证比较两种算法的可靠性与优越性。通过对仪器的系统调试以及测试数据的分析处理,试验结果验证了金属套管检测仪的可行性及其检测精度,表明其达到了仪器测量腐蚀度的设计要求。
[Abstract]:The metal casing is widely used in oil production, by stratum substances, long-term effects of high temperature and high pressure environment, casing corrosion and perforation phenomenon becomes inevitable. Therefore, has practical value and practical significance to accurately detect the corrosion degree of metal casing. The metal sleeve pipe detector near field data processing unit and design "is a sub a subject of the national major science and technology projects, the purpose is to accurately reflect the design method of metal casing properties, provide reliable data for accurate detection of casing defects and wall thickness calculation. This paper based on the theory of near field eddy current electromagnetic field, and starting from the actual logging environment, completed the instrument near field unit of the hardware circuit and software design, implementation and the inversion method of metal casing properties. This paper firstly introduces the near-field detector unit near field eddy current theory, and this theory is given to practical engineering The design parameters of the double coil; then a metal pipe near field coil impedance propagation theory model, and from the impedance expression release of the metal pipeline electromagnetic property related expression; then, with the help of finite element simulation software ANSYS to simulate the near field eddy current experimental environment, built near field eddy current transmission impedance theory database, and calculate the transmission impedance the theoretical value by MATLAB; secondly, in project development, combining the theory and practice of regulating the transmitted signal and the received signal, and to amplify and filter the analog signal processing by FPGA+DSP to the core of digital signal processing, accurate measurement of the transmitted signal and the signal phase difference; according to the relationship between phase difference measurement and the spread of impedance values, analysis of data fitting, introduces LM+QN and LS-SVR inversion algorithm, and the actual logging data inversion measurement of pipe diameter, permeability Other related physical properties, verify the reliability of the two algorithms is compared with superiority. Through the system debugging of the instrument and analysis of test data, test results verify the feasibility of metal casing detection instrument and detection accuracy, indicates that it meets the design requirements of the instrument for measuring the corrosion.
