抗高温水包油乳化钻井液体系性能研究

【摘要】:针对目前水包油乳化钻井液在深部地层钻井中出现的抗温能力不足的问题,室内用自制的抗高温两性离子乳化剂SKT-1、辅助乳化剂Span-80、抗高温增黏剂Dristemp、降滤失剂磺化酚醛树脂(SMP-I)和两性离子包被剂FA-367等配制了抗高温水包油乳化钻井液,研究了钻井液的稳定性、抗温性、高温高压流变性和抗污染能力。研究结果表明,抗高温水包油乳化钻井液最佳配方为:2%钠膨润土+2.5%SMP-I+0.2%Dristemp+0.2%FA-367+0.2%NaOH+2%乳化剂(SKT-1∶Span-80=3∶1)+0.5%硬脂酸铝,清水、柴油体积比5∶5。该钻井液体系流变性良好,密度可在0.90~0.98 g/cm~3范围内调节,抗温达210℃,且稳定性良好;该体系对油气层损害小,可抗20%水污染、20%油污染、2%氯化钠污染和15%钻屑污染,能满足深部地层钻井的要求。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of insufficient temperature resistance of oil-in-water emulsified drilling fluid in deep formation at present, the self-made high-temperature amphoteric ion emulsifier SKT-1 and auxiliary emulsifier Span-80 are used in laboratory. High temperature water-in-oil emulsifying drilling fluid was prepared by high temperature viscosity inhibitor (Dristempp), filtrate reducer sulfonated phenolic resin (SMP-I) and amphoteric ion coating agent (FA-367). The stability, temperature resistance, rheological property of high temperature and high pressure and anti-pollution ability of drilling fluid were studied. The best formula for high temperature water in oil emulsion drilling fluid is: 2% sodium bentonite 2.5SMP-I 0.2Dristemp 0.2-367 0.2NaOH. 2% emulsifier (. SKT-1: Span-80 3: 1) 0.5% aluminum stearate. The volume ratio of clean water to diesel oil is 5: 5.
