【摘要】:在全球石油天然气能源消耗越来越大的情况下,油气资源的开采深度越来越深,国内包括新疆油田、长庆、玉门、青海等油田越来越往深井和超深井方向发展,国外的油气开采作业商提供的钻探深度统计数据也显示了这一趋势。这样对油气钻探用钻杆强度要求越来越高,普通低钢级的钻杆产品已难以满足要求。对于高强度、超高强度的钢管产品,全世界钢管制造厂和冶金科研工作者共同面对的难题就是强韧性的匹配问题。在低合金调质钢中,强度和韧性很难实现统一:强度的提高要求回火温度的降低或回火时间的缩短,这会导致材料的冲击韧性受到影响;而为了改善钢铁的冲击韧性,在调质处理中必须提高回火温度或延长回火时间,从而导致钢铁材料的屈服强度明显降低。为实现钻杆用管的高强韧匹配的目标,本文从钻杆管体材料的成分设计,钢材冶炼、轧制、热处理工艺,钻杆墩粗及摩擦焊工艺等方面进行大量的研究工作。经实际检验,批量生产的S135钻杆化学成分一致性好,钢材纯净度高,机械性能稳定,完全满足客户的标准要求。
[Abstract]:With the increasing consumption of oil and gas in the world, the exploitation depth of oil and gas resources is getting deeper and deeper. The domestic oil fields, including Xinjiang Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield, Yumen Oilfield, Qinghai Oilfield, and so on, are more and more developed towards deep wells and ultra-deep wells. The drilling depth statistics provided by foreign oil and gas producers also show this trend, which requires more and more drilling pipe strength for oil and gas drilling. It is difficult to meet the requirements of ordinary low steel grade drill pipe products. For high strength, ultra high strength steel pipe products. The common problem faced by steel pipe manufacturers and metallurgical researchers all over the world is the matching of strength and toughness in low alloy quenched and tempered steels. The strength and toughness are difficult to be unified: the increase of strength requires the decrease of tempering temperature or the shortening of tempering time, which will affect the impact toughness of the material; In order to improve the impact toughness of iron and steel, the tempering temperature or tempering time must be raised or prolonged in the process of tempering, thus the yield strength of iron and steel materials is obviously reduced, so as to achieve the goal of high strength and toughness matching of pipe for drill pipe. In this paper, a great deal of research work has been done in the aspects of material composition design of drill pipe body, steel smelting, rolling, heat treatment process, drill pipe pier diameter and friction welding technology. Batch production of S135 drill pipe chemical composition good consistency, steel purity high, mechanical stability, fully meet customer standards.
