【摘要】:筛网是钻井液振动筛上重要的组成部件,也是钻井工程中的一种易耗品,在振动筛工作过程中筛网始终与钻井液直接接触并相互作用,筛网的实际振动轨迹特点、静态及动态特征等因素最终决定着岩屑在筛网上的分离粒度、运动速度、排屑量和液体处理量等参数。随着技术进步,筛网的制造工艺水平逐渐提高,结构设计更加丰富,安装方法更加便捷可靠,但近年来对于新型筛网、新型安装方式的研究并不完善,甚至是缺失的。因此,为提高筛网使用寿命,为振动筛、筛网及其安装装置的设计和改进提供依据,需要对不同安装方式下,不同类型筛网的动力学特性进行更加深入的研究。 本文从以下五个方面对筛网进行了相关研究。 1.通过查阅国内外文献资料,对有关筛网研究的发展与现状、市场中被广泛应用的筛网的编织方式以及国内外现行的筛网标准规格进行了总结,对不同种类筛网的结构特征、应用范围和安装方法进行了分析。 2.推导了普通单层筛网的自由振动方程,得到了筛网两胯间的固有频率的计算公式;提出将螺栓绷紧方法安装的平板式筛网模型简化为弹性支承多跨单向连续矩形薄板模型,利用传递矩阵方法推导出了整张筛网的传递方程,得到筛网自由振动的频率方程,对某型号筛网的自由振动特征方程进行数值求解,得到不同螺栓预紧力、不同橡胶支撑条数目及刚度下筛网的固有频率,分析表明这三种参数均与筛网的固有频率呈正相关性,并且互相之间有一定影响;对框架式筛网进行模态仿真分析,得到了两种不同框架式筛网的前十阶固有频率及振型云图,对振型进行了分析。 3.建立了双电机直线振动筛、三电机椭圆振动筛的运动方程,求解得到了其稳态解;对刚柔耦合多体动力学发展的四个阶段进行了总结,简要介绍了动力学仿真软件—RecurDyn,并对模态柔性体建模方法(RFlex)、有限元柔性体建模(FFlex)方法进行对比分析,总结得到两种方法的建模流程。 4.为了研究筛网在电机激振作用下的强迫振动响应,建立了三电机双轨迹振动筛刚体仿真样机,对样机进行了测试,使用有限元多柔体动力学(MFBD)技术,建立了三种安装方式下筛箱-筛网的刚柔耦合样机,仿真分析后,通过对不同样机、不同网面位置以及不同螺栓预紧力大小、压紧程度、方管梁布置方式、振型、支撑条数目、激振力大小下的振动和应力响应进行对比分析,得到了每种安装方法下筛网的性能特点,从动力学角度总结了各自的优缺点,该种仿真方法能够为筛网的结构设计、安装方法以及疲劳损伤的评估等提供数据参考。除此之外,为了验证仿真结果,对双电机直线振动筛的筛箱和螺栓绷紧式安装的平板筛网的振动加速度进行了实验测试,在证明仿真样机的同时,研究了螺栓预紧力对筛网抛掷指数的影响。 5.提出一种新型筛网安装方法,并对装置进行了初步设计,对装置中主轴进行了模态仿真分析,认为其可以安装在筛箱上随振动筛一起工作。对该装置安装下的筛网进行了强迫振动仿真分析,研究结果显示,该种安装方法可以保证筛网具有较高的使用寿命的同时拥有理想的抛掷指数。
[Abstract]:The screen is on the drilling fluid shaker is an important component of a consumable is in drilling engineering, in the process of vibrating screen in screen work has always been in direct contact with the drilling fluid and interaction, the actual trajectory characteristics of vibration screen, static and dynamic characteristics and other factors that ultimately determines the separation size, on the screen of the cuttings movement speed, chip volume and liquid handling parameters. With the development of technology, manufacturing technology level of screen gradually increased, structure design is more abundant, more convenient and reliable installation method, but in recent years for the research of new novel screen, installation is not perfect, or even missing. Therefore, in order to improve the service life of the screen. For the vibrating screen, and provide a basis for improved design of screen and its mounting device, the need for different installation methods, a more in-depth study of dynamic characteristics of different types of screen.
This article has carried on the related research to the screen net from the following five aspects.
1. through the domestic and foreign literature, the development and the status quo on screen research, weaving mesh is widely used in the market at home and abroad as well as the current screen specifications are summarized, the structure characteristics of the different kinds of screen, the scope of application and installation methods are analyzed.
2. the formula of the free vibration equation of single screen, the formula of natural frequency between the screen two hips; the elastic support for multi span continuous unidirectional rectangular thin plate flat screen model simplified model installation method using bolt taut, deduced the transfer equation of the whole mesh transfer matrix method, the frequency equation mesh free vibration, numerical solution of characteristic equation of free vibration of a certain type of screen, get different bolt preload, different rubber support number and stiffness under the screen natural frequency analysis showed that these three parameters were positively correlated with the natural frequency of the screen, and has a certain influence each other; modal simulation analysis of the frame type screen, to obtain the first ten natural frequencies and vibration modes of two different frame type screen images, the vibration modes are analyzed.
3. to establish a dual motor linear vibrating screen, the equations of motion of the three motor elliptical vibrating screen, obtained the steady solution; four stages of multibody dynamics development are summarized and briefly introduced the dynamics simulation software RecurDyn, and the mode of flexible body modeling method (RFlex), flexible finite element body modeling (FFlex) method for comparative analysis, summarize the modeling process by the two methods.
4. in order to study the forced vibration sieve in motor excitation response, a rigid body simulation prototype of three motor double track vibration sieve, the prototype was tested using finite element multi-body dynamics (MFBD) technology, rigid flexible coupling prototype is established under three kinds of installation method of screen box - screen, simulation analysis later, according to the different prototype, different mesh position and different bolt preload, compression degree, square beam arrangement mode, supporting the number of vibration of the vibrating force and the stress response were analyzed, obtained the performance characteristics of each installation method under the screen, from the point of view of dynamics summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, the simulation method can screen for structure design, installation method and fatigue damage assessment to provide reference data. In addition, in order to verify the simulation results, the screen box machine electric double linear vibrating screen The vibration acceleration of the flat plate screen with bolt tightening is tested. The influence of the bolt preload on the throwing index of the screen is proved.
The 5. method is proposed to install a new device on the screen, and has carried on the preliminary design of the device, the spindle modal simulation analysis, it can be installed in the sieve box with vibration sieve to work together. The device is installed on the screen was analyzed under forced vibration simulation, results show that the method can be installed ensure the screen has longer service life and have the ideal throwing index.
