【摘要】:随着经济的飞速发展,石油作为经济的动脉,其稳定的供应是国家发展的重要保障。由于现在石油开采的自然环境大部分都面向沙漠和海洋,对钻机的性能和技术参数要求越来越高。泥浆泵作为石油钻机设备的核心部件,在极端恶劣的环境下是否能够保证安全可靠的工作直接影响到整个钻机系统的运行,因此在泥浆泵交付使用前的试验磨合工作显得尤为重要。因此本文以EEC-800、EEC-1300、EEC-1600型泥浆泵为研究对象,开发了一套泥浆泵试验台,用于泥浆泵组装后的试验工作,具体开展以下几方面的研究工作:1.查阅资料,对国内外泥浆泵的发展及满足泥浆泵试验要求的试验台的结构形式有了一定的了解,并且到宝鸡石油机械公司进行实地考察、学习,了解其泥浆泵试验台使用情况并掌握泥浆泵试验台的设计方法。2.对泥浆泵试验台动力传动系统进行设计。包括制定动力系统方案、调速系统与电机选型、减速箱的选择、高压管汇设计、泥浆泵底座的设计与强度计算。3.对泥浆泵试验台电路控制部分的设计。包括对泥浆泵冲数、流量测量系统的设计、温度传感器的设计、安全监控系统的设计。4.完成泥浆泵试验台配套设施的建设工作和试验台设备的安装工作。5.对泥浆泵试验台设备进行调试,跟踪试验台的使用情况。

Including the pulse number of mud pump, the design of flow measurement system, the design of the temperature sensor, the design of.4. safety monitoring system to complete the mud pump test facilities construction work and test equipment the installation of.5. mud pump test bench equipment debugging, the use of tracking test.
